The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Pen-y-graig Rhondda Cynon Taf South Wales

Supposed to close at 9.30....the last three times I've been there before that time (9.00, 9.12 & 9.15), they have been closed....change your opening hours if you're not going to stay open as advertised .....annoying !!!
