what can i say. i had reheated and rubberised chrispy chicken. i actually got jaw ache eating it. i was so close to taking it back. the food was not the best honestly!! but thanks for the free prawn crackers were a treat and the best part off the meal... i think also some cleaning of the shop is needed. the shop windows are filthy full of cobmebs. they dont look like they have been cleaned in years!! i should have turned around and walked out when i saw the state!! passed onto FSS as recommendations for another food safety and hygiene inspection be done

Food as always is great, quick to get it ready. Tasty and great value if you just can not be bothered going out. Our go to take away tied with the chippy

On October 25, 2024, I found an unexpected object in my crispy shredded beef dish, which has left me devastated as a long-time customer. I reported the incident to the FSA, and while I’m not seeking compensation—having declined the refund from Just Eat—my goal is to prevent this from happening again. I understand your cooking process, but I believe the contamination occurred after frying. If my feedback leads to safety improvements, that would be a positive outcome. I’m not trying to harm your business; I just want to ensure others don’t experience this issue.
