Visited CW Kawasaki with The Leicestershire Alliance Scooter Club on a Sunday ride out ! The breakfast was great & ladies running the show were friendly & gave a great service !! Deffo worth stopping in 👍🏻

Wow! A little treasure seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Love the plate-sized Yorkshire pudding with all the food in it lathered in gravy.

Really tasty burgers, service with a smile, would come again 😁

Good food, very good facilities and nice staff. One of the better truck stops...... and there are many ..... this is actually in my top five in the UK.

The rudest waiting staff we have ever encounteredanywhere in the world. In a virtually empty restaurant repeatedly commanded to 'wait by the door' while they cleaned half the tables in the cafe. Not busy , three or four other tables of customers seated, but our order purportedly 'lost' because of a 'jammed ticket' and we were kept waiting for food while others who came in after us had there's brought immediately. We strongly suspect this was deliberate as we noticed the waitresses smirking at us. We were sitting right next to the cooking area, so the explanation given entirely bogus, and the waiting staff were standing right next to the short order cooks. We walked out after 30 minutes with no food. Have never experienced anything like this before, absolutely extraordinary. The restaurant was freezing cold, when we commented on this to our waitress she told us that she was warm, and that it was a matter of taste.

No food available when we were there,sadly this place was getting ready to permanently close.

Used to be a good place to eat so on occasions we would visit OK diner. Our last visit was shocking (Jan 2025) Over priced food ( could do better buying from supermarket and cooking at home. Misleading information on the menus Not good value for money! Used to be really good quality and a sence that they made an effort. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Tried to Charge us £4.74 for 1 microwaved soggy doughnut. Microwaved hotdog for that long the bun was like a brick and had to be sent back. ridiculous prices for very poor product Kids meals and under portioned We won’t be returning!

Lovely branch, nice vibe inside, comfortable seating. The staff we encountered were all lovely and friendly and the food & drinks were fine.

don’t mind the email name but this is my second time having to write a review about this place i thought it may have improved since last time visiting the staff are fine but fail to add your food to the bag we paid for items and didn’t receive them they were empty and still made us wait 15-20 minutes for our food that wasn’t fully included in the bag this is beyond a joke working at a fast food place isn’t hard neither putting what people pay for in a bag

It was nice before last months all staff was nice recently some staff rude staff not thinking to customer care who shut some businesses already due to customer service behaviour
