Leafy greens has recently moved to bigger premises in warrenpoint where you can now sit in. We have been on a number of occasions and the food is always great. Special mention for the sourdough with pea guacamole and aubergine bacon as it's delicious. But I highly recommend the tasting plate which is a mixture of their daily specials. It includes a small bowl of soup, a portion of the mains special (which was celeriac lasagne today) and 3 daily salads. It was so big I couldn't finish it. They also serve gluten free bread and baked goods but the tray bakes are so good, especially the snickers one. Despite not being vegan we visit every Saturday as the food and service are worth it. It's also dog friendly with the happiest little dog residing in the corner and will wander around hoping for some friendly patting on the head.

Leafy Green's and Tony are a National Treasure. This man is an Artist, his cuisine is his Art. Best vegan food in Ireland. The best value side dish is Tony's humour served with a healthy dose of country banter. 😁🥰

I am not sure a hidden gem is the ideal description for this cafe as it is very busy with locals. It is a bakery and cafe with wonderful staff and great prices. I paid a visit my two teenage sons one Sunday morning. We had some breakfast baps and pancakes, which was all delicious and well presented. I would highly recommend this location.

Where do I start with the gratitude and appreciation that i have towards the staff of the DUKE Warrenpoint!! Last October I first reached out as been a warrenpoint born I wanted my party in my hometown warrenpoint. So i reached out to Joanne and Amir inquiring about having my 60th birthday celebration at the duke that just took place on friday, November 8th. I had 87 guests for sit down buffet and at least another 30 guests for the after meal. ALL my quests have not stopped reaching out talking about the great night they had and the delicious food they ate and including the well worth hangover lol. At the party I had a local DJ Bill Donnelly who was amazing and played the list of songs i requested from the 60's 70's, 80's,90's and 2000's. I also had the 360 degrees photo booth by Patrick Graham that was well used by my not to shy family and friends and also the delicious GENOA CAFE ice-cream cart serving up their amazing homemade ice-cream. I wanted this party to go off as i imagined it and it did exactly that to every little detail i visioned all the way to the 100 shots that was given out to my guests after the cake. The dark chocolate cake was delicious created by Megan Mathers. Also shout out to 54northoccasions for their bday balloon table display. Awesome job!! The customer service in here is absolutely appalling. Incorrect order given frequently.. Very rude staff with zero personality and definitely lack basic manners. Won't be back.. go over the road to Friar tucks better food and friendly staff.
