Food was all really good just one small detail the cross cross were abit over cooked other than that very well enjoyed!!!

Beautiful as always, lovely treat. Restaurant quality, delivered to your door. Delivery took a while but I expected that giving it would be a busy time for a restaurant, so didn’t bother me at all as I ordered earlier than when I wanted. So just perfect

First time ordering n wasn't disappointed best steak n chips with pepper sause I've had in long time n plenty of crispy onions was great. will be ordering again thank u

The pizza was burnt, chips were soggy, I’ll never order again from here, just waste money on this

Lovely staff and really great food! It’s really hard to find somewhere that can accommodate for my partners allergens and they did an amazing job! Will definitely be back. They also have really good veggie options and their presentation of the food was so nice.

2nd time ordering, loved both times but did mark down originally because it was cold due to justeat, this time was piping hot and just beautiful. Only criticism, I did not get the fresh basil which was an ingredient on the pizza that I love, hence my choice, however because I had basil in my fridge anyway it did not affect the pairing of the ingredients on the pizza that made it amazingly tasty and flavoursome. Highly recommend, proper authentic restaurant quality pizza to your door, lovely!

I have gone to Firehouse four times now and have yet to be disappointed. It’s a solid addition to Glengormley’s food offerings. If you come away from there hungry, you must have a parasite hiding in you! Highly recommend the Devil’s Bread!

Pizza fell apart it was so soggy. Under cooked in the middle. Would not recommend at all.

First time at the firehouse today and won't be my last the restaurant is decorated lovely the music they play is a mixture which was great service lovely and the food absolutely gorgeous I can't fault anything at the firehouse tip.... Try the devil's bread delicious 😋

To be fair, wet came at Noon on a Saturday, so not many folks there, therefore the lower atmosphere score. Otherwise, the good was good and the waitress pleasant and helpful.

Can honestly say I had one of the best meals in a long time ..me and my partner went for tomahok steak for 2 😋 was unreal and the mushrooms for start never had mushrooms like it .. staff were very inviting and friendly ..very impressed will deffo be back ☺️ it was that good I give yous a recommendation on fb 👍

Delivery and all was grand, pizza came in a state. Cheese was all in the top corner of the box and not on the pizza

Visiting friends in Belfast. Ate here last weekend - brilliant food. I had the american dream burger, which was genuinely one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. Atmosphere is great and staff super friendly!

I visited Firehouse for the first time on Friday evening. There were a few quite loud large groups so the atmosphere wasn't great. Food was nice but not as warm as I would have liked as I think they were struggling with it being busy. There seemed like a lot of staff on and the food was nice just not very warm. Prices and menu were good and I'd maybe try it on a weekday but would avoid going on a weekend as it was just ok.

American dream burger was excellent last night, pizza was delicious too.. lovely staff and reasonable prices. Will be back

I do not say this lightly….The most DELICIOUS pizza my husband and I have ever had. I’ll say it again louder for those in the back- the most delicious pizza we ever had!!! High quality, generous very flavourful toppings. The base was charred in the BEST most scrumptious, moreish way. Thought was given to every detail from how the rocket was sent in separate containers so as not to wilt; to pretty rustic packaging to the drizzles of hot honey. Exceptional!

Amazing menu selection! Staff were also lovely about my allergies and made sure I was comfortable when the table beside me ordered nuts. They arranged a new table for me. Food was delicious 😋

Needed 5 mins in an oven to reheat but food excellent. Tasty and will definately re-order

We were back at Knags revamped sister restaurant, formerly Zitti, now called Firehouse. We had a great meal! The new menu is great. Lots to choose from and well priced. I had the Cheeseburger pizza and I have to say that it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! No joke! So tasty and the crust was light and crispy, just fantastic. My son's chicken burger was great as were my wife's tacos. 5 stars across the board without a second thought! Do not overlook this restaurant, you will regret it if you do!

I would have rated full stars, only freezing, I believe this was a justeat fault, driver sent somewhere else. Had to heat in actifryer, will prefer to visit restaurant next time, flavours beautiful, pizza sauce gorgeous, delivery driver was not at fault, seems it was a mishap with the system, definitely recommend if you get it hot, shame first time trying but could see how beautiful the food will be if no mishaps. Probably a one off but if you like real pizza you will enjoy here, maybe next time

Family of 4 meal to check out the new resturant. Food was outstanding. We had taco's, pizza, Kiev burger, cheeseburger fries and kids meals. Would reccommend the chicken burgers.

Good food and wine such a pity it took over hour from ordering to be served. Told this was due to a large booking that had just arrived before us.

The food was OK, not the same menu they have on line. Wasn't busy when we were there, but the service was slow it was a Thursday.

Great food, Andrew the manger was really helpful even though it was busy and recommended the rack of ribs which was beautiful! Highly recommend.

Amazing food and great atmosphere

The restaurant was lovely and had a really nice atmosphere, my bang bang chicken was absolutely delicious. The manager was so nice and offered to box up the rest of my food as the portion sizes are quite large. The garlic and cheese flat bread was so nice and was shaped like a heart for valentines day. Really good value for money and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Food great as always. Staff cud do with more training. Stood in hallway being totally ignored for at least 7 mins b4 we wer taken to our table. We had booked or we wud have walked out. Wer given our menus by a large young guy who looked like he wud love to be somewer else. Waitress came to take order and we wer told that menu finished at 5.30 it was now 6pm and we cudnt choose from it. So i asked why the guy gave it to us? Hence the training comment at the beginning. We will b back to try again and c if theres any improvement.

Lovely restaurant with a really nice atmosphere, my burrito bowl was delicious and waiter offered to box the rest up for me to take home as portion sizes are great!! Cheesy garlic bread starter tasted so fresh. Great value for money and staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu has something for everyone and is a good place for all occassions- dates, birthday parties, family dinners etc. Will definitely be back :)

Service was excellent but food let the place down, some of the food was really over cooked. Its a shame because we go to knags often and the food is always amazing. We did mention to the waitress who apologized and told the supervisor but it was just ignored, it’s a shame because we did have high hopes it’s not cheap especially considering the location.

Wow! 1st time in Ziti and will most certainly be back. Food was delicious. Service was fantastic and portion size was great. Inside is so clean and modern with very comfortable booths. If your ever up near, I'd 100% recommend you try Ziti. Belfast Burrito was awesome

I have dined in Ziti by Knags twice over the past year, most recently on Saturday. We usually ring in advance to book a table. Staff couldn't be more pleasant, attentive and helpful. The food is decently priced. On both occasions the food has been delicious and served in great time, even when restaurant is very busy. Always leave here with a full stomach and also an enjoyable experience. Car Park is abit small but we have managed to get parked okay on both occasions.

This was the 4th time we dined at Ziti's. The first 3 times it would have been ranked 4 or 5 stars. Firstly, the vegan options were almost existent, 1 vegetable curry and that was it. Then, I ordered arancini balls but received macaroni balls. Luckily I like Mac and cheese so they didn't go to waste. The veg curry came out to salty it had to be returned and with their being no other vegan options, the person went for a basic salad instead. I ordered a calzone, but the chef made the wrong type so the others in my group were eating as I waited for my main to arrive. Finally, the other member of our party found plastic on his pizza. It was very disappointing and nothing like my previous visits. I must say I could fault the staff, the lady who served us was extremely apologetic and embarrassed by the whole thing.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Food was amazing, staff where so friendly. Had a loveky cocktail ,nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back. ( very accommodating for gluten free.)

After hearing great things we decided to try on Saturday evening and had a takeaway , from walking into Ziti to collect I was greeted by a lovely smiley girl with dark hair in a pony , who I assume was manager she led me where I needed to pay , when I got home our foods was all gorgeous and presented lovely we had the ribs , chicken, pizza for the Kids chips coleslaw onion rings and we cudnt fault anything so if u don’t know this place get to know it. , you won’t be disappointed , well done Ziti your smashing it can’t wait to go back 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 also the place looks fab aswell

Not the cheapest place to eat and certainly not the cheapest place to drink.... However all that said... Food was Top Notch. Couldnt fault it at all. In fact it was absolutely gorgeous and yes it was worth the money. I will be back...

Today my sister and I took my mum for her birthday and from start to finish she had a ball. The food was amazing! Piping hot and so tasty. We also had dessert which was delicious. Mum and I had the trio of desserts because we couldn't make up our minds! The staff are very friendly and so helpful. I thought the food was very fairly priced and we definitely will be back. I can see why they are so busy. Definitely value for money. Thank you for making mum's day xx❤❤

Had Sunday lunch here today. Verdict? Food passable but definitely not great. When I mentioned that my prawns were overcooked there was no apology ,absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever that there had been a problem . Think staff , who I might add were friendly, may need some training in customer service.
