YO! Blackpool Clifton Tesco Kiosk in Blackpool

Went in for a quick bite before shopping. Accidentally asked for takeaway at the self service machine. Not a problem. My mistake. My name was shouted and a very unfriendly woman shouted my name. Went to collect and my order was missing a hot item. I casually mentioned this and she told me in no uncertain teens that SHE didn’t deal with hot items and I should sit back down. My daughter then pointed out she’d given us Sprite instead of Apple juice. Went back to the counter and told her. No apology just thrust the apple juice in my hand and walked away. The coffee was fine. Not very hot. I was very disappointed that the croissant wasn’t freshly made. It was one from a packet. Dry, tasteless and bland. If Lidl can manage fresh croissants I’m sure Tesco can. I could have bought a four pack off the shelf for the price of one in the cafe. Never again.

Ordering went smoothly, there was quite a few faults with the food, like the waffles being burnt (as shown in photo) and the fish fingers in the fish finger wrap being dry, tasteless and not cooked properly. Drinks were lovely, coffees were great and so was the dragonfruit and mango cooler.

We shop at Tesco and visited the cafe many times always been happy with the quality of the food and hot but today was different the food was cold and very bland so disappointed. We had two cooked breakfast don’t Think we will have them again

Coffee very good ,bacon cold bread rolls stale and sweet tasting, very poor experience. Won't waste my money here again.

we had not been here for some time as I dont usually shop at Tesco, but had been at B&Q for a good while and we just fancied a drink, nearest place Tesco. What has happened to it, its terrible. now can only use a card to pay, this is stupid. When asked why advised by staff no longer taking cash. Yes i had my card, but normally when we go out we pay cash for drinks etc. The prices I think are really bad. The price for a latte, tea and 2 muffins were way more than we pay at garden centres (normally these are not the cheapest) . You Tesco are discriminating to those people who like to pay cash and should be ashamed as a company. We will not be back, jt
