Every other branch can switch out items on the pre-made ones but this one can’t just so that the can double charge customers. Disgusting. Forces you to go for the customs option just to switch out one item. Do not buy from this branch

I came to buy a large portion of the combo box. because there was broccoli inside, I asked to replace it with pineapple. the seller complained that I had to pay an extra pound, then he agreed and in return for the favour he packed my food in a medium-sized box. I asked if it was a large box because I paid for one, and the answer was that they didn't have a cover for a large box, so he packed it in a medium one. Thanks seller a lot for your pineapple favour!

A lovely, clean little restaurant right beside the station. The chef and staff are extremely friendly, and the food is amazing!!!!! (And halal yay!) Ordered the Hot Box which was delicious - perfectly spicy, sweet and sour. The chicken and beef was so tender & I love the variety of noodles you can choose from. Definitely gonna be a regular here :D

Amazing noodles! I come here all the time for lunch on my work break and the food is always amazing, the portion sizes are good too! The staff are super friendly and are always efficient in getting your food to you quickly

Honestly the food is so good here and so worth ur money. All the boxes are packed with flavours and the staff the nicest and most helpful people ever.

First time, great customer service, very friendly, and food was great, I recommend the Hoi sin Duck, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice.

I go here once a month, the food is tasty and the portions are nice and hefty for the price.

The two guys serving the food always checked up on everyone asking if everything is all good. That's quality service.

This place is just depressing.... sometimes you get really nice food other times you get dreadful I just spent £27 on salt and pepper chips the duck chips and a hot box of noodles there must have been no more than 75 grams of meat between all of it I feel utterly shafted and will never come back

I have been going to Wok& Go since May 2023. The best I have ever tasted. The first time I went there was not sure how to order the staff was great a explained my options and made it very personal to my likings. When ever I go I tell tell my usual and they know what I want. Great service excellent food would differently recommend this food full of flavours.

Honestly the saving grace of London cuisine, can't fault them.

We are tourists from Sweden and passed by this restaurant to try their food. The staff were super kind and friendly, they really took good care of us. The food was delicious and fresh and also sitting outside enjoying the food was awesome. Highly recommend this place if you’re seeking of delicious food and not expensive.

The place is ok clean n tidy everything Is neatly in the shop. The food is ok I order hot box n daughter got sweets n sour with rice, the hot box taste like there isn't no meat in it just pure egg n lots of veg rice spicy coz all the meat is very small, it just wasn't for my taste buds, i need to see my meat. my daughter sweets n sour was good about of coated chicken peaces n no sauce but she gave it 8 out of 10just because it as onion she for got to request it not to be in her dishn I taste it n it was to my taste with meat I can see n taste much better than hot box. For a lunch time snack it was ok. And the lovely Chinese boxes ais authentic.

Absolutely fantastic little place. I visited whilst my Husband and kids went to watch the football at Wembley stadium. Was made to feel at ease being on my own ( well I had my 16 year old dog with me 😆) . Lovely little area outside to eat and added bonus was it was glorious sunshine. I had salt and pepper chicken with fried rice and terakyi fries. Very reasonably priced. Cheaper than South Yorkshire !! Both were absolutely devine - I'd go as far as to say the best I've had. Everything made fresh whilst you wait. Very generous potion sizes. Couldn't eat it all and the dog had his fair share too. Friendly, attentive staff but not at all pushy in any way. I could have sat outside in the sunshine all day people watching - I stayed a lot longer than I would normally do because I felt so at ease. The whole ambiance of the place is warm , friendly and just a nice place to be. I returned later on in the day to get my daughter some food for the drive back to Yorkshire and she was blown away by how nice the food was and has made me promise that whenever we visit London again that we make sure this place is on the to do list and I'd happily oblig. The two guys that were working are amazing too. It's definitely a place where you don't just feel like a "number". A genuine interest is taken in each customer and a rapport built within seconds . Definitely a place to visit ❤️

My family and I stayed at the hotel across the road and came here for 3 days for dinner as the kids loved it. The food was very tasty, good portion sizes and staff were really friendly and polite. Would highly recommend this place and will come back again, next time we visit London.

I had ordered the hot box and i was new to this place but the customer service was so spectacular I could not believe it, in my honest opinion you have to try this place it is the tastiest food I've ever had and everyone is friendly and it is also budget friendly i would honestly recommend.

Excellent service and amazing food

One of the worst food in London as my experience was quite disappointing. I found the quality of the food to be very poor, and I feel that I wasted £20 on an inedible meal. The shrimp was very small in size and the sauces were not up to par. In fact, the food was so bad that I had to throw it away. To make matters worse, I suffered from a stomach infection after eating at your restaurant. This is not something that I would have expected from a restaurant that claims to serve Chinese, Asian, or Malaysian cuisine. I wanted to provide feedback on my experience in the hopes that you can take steps to improve the quality of your food. Perhaps hiring someone who can teach your chefs how to cook authentic dishes would be a good place to start. I believe that by making changes to improve the quality of your food, you can attract more customers and improve your reputation in the community.

Friendly staff, but I just paid £8 for basically rice. Went for the vegan Thai green and the whole thing was too oily, with barely any vegan chicken inside it. Thoroughly disappointed and will not buy here again.

Upon entering the store (as it was my first time) I was a little confused but was approached quickly by a gentleman named Ali who helped me with the ordering kiosks and explained how things work. When it came to placing my order I was greeted by a smiley and joyful Andy who was very helpful and gave a lot of positive energy to my experience. Overall it was a great experience and the food was very nice too. I will surely go back again and recommend this to everyone.

Excellent customer service Andy in particular was very nice. Really enjoy the noodles and see myself coming here often. Spring rolls are amazing and I get them all the time a bit pricey but generally worth it. Good value for money portion sizes are good, even the small is filling. Would definitely recommend even as an individual who doesn’t like noodles I have grown to enjoy them through coming here.

Went to wok&go with a couple of friends and omg I loved the bright energy Andrea greeted me with. She really was very friendly and made the experience a pleasant one! The spring rolls and noodles were to die for!! Wasn’t too bad for its price either. Can’t wait to get back for more :)
