Westerly restaurant in South Ayrshire

We thought we would give the westerly a try and see how it was. Both decided to dress up and make a date out of it, and I'm glad we did! The restaurant itself is attractive and has a good atmosphere. Staff (students) were brill and absolutely did their best. Our waiter was Adam and it was his first day, he was so sweet! The food was incredible. Far better than we expected, and if in any non training restaurant, could easily have been triple the price. Will definitely be back

This is a training college so do not expect 5 star service. However, some basic tips for waiting staff like don't carry glasses with drinks by the rim, serve and remove from the left, would be helpful.
