Food absolutely beautiful, young lady taking order so helpful and courteous. Thanks so much. So really convenient to be able to pay by card over the phone, a lovely choice.

Ordered a delivery this evening, after an hour I phoned to see if it would be much longer to be told the driver had been at our house for 20 minutes, which they weren't, our ring doorbell also confirmed this. I was told the driver would come back, I stated again, he hadn't been in the first place, described my house so they didn't make the same mistake twice and asked for 'fresh' food. The driver arrived shortly afterwards with our order, my husband told the driver the bag of food felt cold, but we would open it and see, he told him to ring the shop. At this stage we were starving so we ate cold kebabs, I then rang them back just to say we weren't amused, very politely too!! And guess what, he said my husband told the driver the food was warm and hung up on me. With service like this, they obviously don't need the business, I'd go elsewhere 😉 I wrote this on their Facebook page to make other customers aware and they blocked me. Unbelievable!!

New owner is great, really friendly, food is fantastic.
