Used to get pizza from here when I was a kid, recently started ordering again on Uber eats and the pizzas are still fantastic! Update: on my third order now and the pizzas are so hot and fresh. Delicious.

I ordered a large meat fest the pizza had no meat on it . No bbq base either like ordered

i was ordered one pizza 16 inches in uber eats and i am waiting for 40 minutes for delivery to me 5 minutes before delivery they cancelled my order and not refund my money 27.05£ they are not good . dont buy anything from there . after they cancelled i think they sending back my money one day i waited and after that i send messages for uber eat they tell me you must apply last night for issue we sending the money for pizza shop . i don’t know way happened normally when pizza shop cancelled the order must be refund automatically but they not refund to me anything or not sending my order . dont buy anything from that pizza shop

I've always gotten pizzas from this place because the deals on the website are amazing and the pizzas slap, but I just tried the chicken strippers and garlic bread for the first time & they are genuinely so good - plus massive portion sizes. Delivery guy is always nice too :)

The chicken was great news. Seen as its a pizza shop, I expected a lower quality chicken wing, thinking they specialise in pizza. They specialise in chicken wings too. That's all i had from there. Just the chicken wings, and I must say that they were delighful.

Pathetic service. A must avoid for anybody wanting to order in food. Both me and my partner attempted to order in. Mine was cancelled after nearly ten minutes, his was cancelled after more than half an hour, the app even claimed they cancelled at our request. We will not be trying again and will be telling all our Birmingham friends to avoid.

I ordered two margarita pizzas, and they looked amazing. I got to my car, grabbed a slice, and took a bite. As I started chewing, I noticed the cheese was forming into a weird, rubbery ball in my mouth. Confused, I spit it out and took another bite, but the same thing happened. I went back into the shop and asked what kind of cheese they used. The employee said it was mozzarella, so I asked him to show me. He brought out some yellow cheese, even though the pizza had white stuff on it. He insisted that the yellow cheese was all they used. 🤢 Always check your cheese before swallowing. I will NEVER step foot in that shop again!

Pizzas are always tasty but today we ordered veg supreme pizza there are so many green chillies in their even though we remove before checkout....

The pizzas here used to be the best pizza ever bur lately they are the absolute worst!!! There are new staff who are rude and the pizzas are sent with either the wrong toppings or burnt, and I mean black onions and peppers, disgusting!!!

Best standard pizzas in Birmingham, much better than caspians

This may be one of the best pizza restaurants in Birmingham. The pizza's are similar to Pizza Hut and have really good selections. Most pizza shops in the area is halal but this is real. Prices are really good, pan pizza's by default but you can get thin crust or stuffed too. A great range of choices for extra toppings too, and there are more options such as burgers, wraps, sides, deserts and drinks. Prices are better than the big brands.

Placed an order 30 mins ago. Didn’t receive it. Called to ask them they hung up the phone so many times. Absolutely rude

Ordered pizza, arrived after one hour. I rang and specially instructed to make sure pizza is not burnt as it has happened previously. The pizza came burnt. I rang them but not supportive response.

Chicken strippers was over cooked and dry. Couldn’t eat them and both pizzas was undercooked and stodgy. Not worthy my hard earned money. Couldn’t cook a pizza if they had the ingredients. Will never eat here again. Disappointed Valentino’s. And it all taste like vinegar. Means it’s all off food

The best every pizza I have tried in Birmingham and in fact in my life. I would highly recommend Valentino's Pizza (Bearwood Road) for pizza lovers.

Don’t order worse place going made my own pasta asked for pepperoni extra cheese and mushroom didn’t come with mushroom got a cheeseburger meal the burger didn’t come with cheese apparently they are low on food wouldn’t recommend stick to your own takeaway places!!!!!!! DONT OFFER REFUNDS so if your order is messed up they can’t do anything about it

Best pizza in area, and swift service

Order arrived over 80 minutes after placing it. Driver gave nonsensical excuse that a car parked illegally caused him to be this late and now my pizza is disappointingly cold. Get your affairs in order before taking other peoples money.

Very poor customer service. First of all we never get the delivery on time and the toppings are never right.Secondly, when we called to inform them about the inconvenience, instead of apologising, they started arguing with us very rudely and then they hanged up the phone. I tried to call them again but they never answered the phone.

Delicious pizza but delivery is really poor service I been ordering from this shop to my current address for at least 8 years but yet never ever got my delivery to my address However today 31st /03/2022 the delivery driver was so disappointing as I even send him a dropped pin location yet he could find the address Ordered bbq sauce they sent Garlic and herbs instead! The pizza was alright, however the website didn't notify us that they were out of curly fries so we had to have regular because they apparently can't refund if you pay by card through their website. They gave us the wrong milkshakes (ordered a kinder Bueno and got a snickers) and the attitude of the staff was sub-par. Unhelpful and very closed off, just insisting that the way you get a refund is to call a number that comes up as invalid when you call it. Won't eat here again.

Used to get my pizza from these guys when I was back in the area as they were the absolute best. Was a loyal customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately moved out of the area but not too far, but had a verbal agreement with someone that worked there a few months back to get a delivery if we would pay a little more to account for the distance. Not a problem. Today, ordered a pizza and was refused by the manager as now I'm too far. No respect, just a straight no. Last time I ever order from here again.

Found I assume a son of one of the owners very rude and impatience when ordering food. When I rephoned the owner started to swear at me which left me shocked.... That was five years ago.... Never again... Check out luigi pizza... Much much better!!!!!

Everything is bad. It was said that there was pickles and tomatoes in their food, but it was not. It was said that the food was handmade but factory.

Chicken donner wasent even Donner, it was tandoori chicken. And their naan is like a big wrap. The employee was complaining about me putting too much sauce, it wasent an enjoyable experience and the food quality was not so good aswell

It's a good place and has mostly good food however the burgers are not recommended. The burger I received was burnt so bad I wasn't able to eat it and it was disgusting.

Usually a good experience. got my order wrong once but quickly fixed and delivered new one ASAP.

New staff failed to take order incorrectly over phone, they overcharged me by £12. Went to collected personally. Bit into pizza it was not cooked properly, as could taste batter. Reported to managed who advised that's how they cook them and had checked it himself, before handing it over. Was not prepared to give a refund. Offered another pizza , bit did want another one, did not offer anything else. Had been going for years. Will not be going back. I believe they are under new management. Does anyone know?
