It was ok. Very cheap but takes forever to get a drink. They had our drinks delivered with one of the meals, but that time we already waited 15 minutes and we were still missing a cappuccino. Bubble teas were ok, a bit on the sweet side but also the cheapest I've seen in a long time Food was ok...for the price don't expect too much. Other meals arrived after 40 minutes The bruschetta al pomodoro looks interesting if it wasn't bread with tomorrow 🤣 might get the food tomorrow instead

First time visiting here and won't be the last time I visit, had a full English breakfast and large coffee, breakfast was was excellent and very hot, good coffee.

My daughter and i have had bubble milk tea from so many places and this place has to be our fave! Very affordable price and friendly staff. So glad i found this place 😊

Triple Two? More like Triple Poo! Walked in with my family to have a nice sweet ending to our day out in Luton. I had checked the reviews, after reading such great things about the food, drinks and customer service, we decided to be slightly adventurous avoiding the classic Chaiiwala and Heavenly Desserts. I noticed how eerie the cafe looked, almost as if they were ready to close up for the day. Not wanting to be rude, I asked the barista when they’d be closing, 8pm he responded. Bear in mind, we walked in at 6:00/6:10 - plenty of time for us to have a nice drink and relax a little before heading home. The first red flag was the barista himself, rubbing and scratching at his head as if to say our order is an in convenience for him. I ignored it, I can understand it’s not easy serving customers constantly but the place was empty, we were his only customers. We had ordered two matcha lattes with coconut milk, a salted caramel frappe, a Biscoff frappe and a hot white chocolate. We waited excitedly for our drinks and admired the interior. Once the drinks came the disappointment settled in us all. The first sip of a drink, especially such sweet ones we had ordered, should almost punch your taste buds immediately. We had ordered such a different range of drinks to really get a feel of the menu but the frappes were ice and milk, the hot white chocolate was pure milk and matcha lattes were bitter, which was a true reflection the service that we received. There was no thought or care put in whilst making the drinks. I had spent £20 on drinks that night and not one of us finished the drinks. A disgusting end to such a wonderful evening out with my family. Thank you for ruining our day in Luton. If you are after good quality and a better service, head over to Esquires or Chaiiwala - better drinks, better price point and Esquires do a 10% student discount all year round.

Amazing family run cafe, perfect for students to study in, great hours even open on christmas eve, offers students discount too! Friendly staff. Accomodates to all needs, felt comfortable to pray as a muslim too.

I held a book club event here and the venue and service were brilliant. The venue feels spacious with a great vibe, and the bespoke vegetarian catering we were offered was great too. Staff were also friendly and they helped ensure the event ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Triple Two if you want to hold your own events.

Although looking apon luton high street occasionally feels like you are in a Mad Max film, this coffee shop offers good coffee with great service.

Lovely place to coffee and chat

Full English claimed to be Lincolnshire sausage but was actually Hot Dogs, sourdough toast was actually just basic sandwich bread badly toasted and the scrambled egg was some misunderstanding of an omelette Staff were great and the coffee was lovely but unfortunately that can't make up for eating a hot dog instead of a proper sausage

Been to this coffee shop twice. It is relatively new and can be nice and quiet at times. Coffee is strong. They also have some hot and cold food. I tried a cheese pizza panini and it was tasty. The last visit was on a Sunday around lunch time and unfortunately left early after a contractor started using an angle grinder at the back of the shop! Very noisy and poor planning by the shop.

The atmosphere is good and the prices are alright. Service not particularly good, some middle age Asian guy on the bar never says "hello" or "bye". He actually looks rather annoyed that people are entering the coffee shop. The overall vibe is alright though

My friend and I decided to try out Triple Two coffee shop in The Mall. We ordered a cappuccino and salted caramel macchiato latte. I love how spacious the place is. Nicely decorated and huge windows with a lots of brightness. There’s enough room to hangout and relax. Some people where sitting and studying because the place was quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite.

This place has really nice atmosphere. I have tried a variety of drink both hot and cold and they are AMAZING..in every visit I am content. The prices are affordable & they your able to pick from dairy or non dairy and they have a selection of milks.. By far my FAVOURITE drink place in LUTON

Was going here every Wednesday with my mum. I usually like the white guy that works there overall this last visit was horrid... Coffee tasted weird and gave me a stomach upset for 24hours. Symptoms shown an hour after drinking the coffee. They messed my mum around with the piss water they called tea, they failed to mention they didn't have English tea and gave her liptons which my mum hates... So then gave her decaf which she never touched. No offer of a refund they didn't seem to care customer service is aweful. Will not be coming here again and I will not be recommending them. Shoulda stuck to Costa get alot more for your money and they never gave me a bellyache in all the years I been going.

If its coffee you're after this is the best in town and one of the best cups of coffee I've had anywhere. You can always tell when coffee is made with care and attention and this is one of those places.

Very nice coffee shop, lovely atmosphere. Would say staff need more training as coffee was under extracted and in wrong size cup for a flat white. But owner recognised this. Once they work on the coffee i think this could be a nice place to go.

We visit this place for first time and our experience are overall good/ average.We order large latte and oreo frappe. Frappe taste nice and latte was good to. Taste was nice and strong. Only minus was there dont have semi skimmed milk, they have only skimmed or full fat. Also the time we visit was very chaotic inside. While where there was still open was loud kids inside and the staff was putting together new menu board. These things shoud be done after you close. Also it is kinda hot inside special behind the big open window part. This place can be very nice coffee shop just need lots improvement and better organization and air conditions.

Checked out this new coffee shop. Lovely ambiance, great space, nice and tidy and clean. We sat really comfortably enjoying our coffee. The coffee was also good. Looks like we may have a new coffee place in Luton.

New coffee shop opposite Natwest. Modern decor, indoor and outdoor seating, lovely range of drinks and snacks both healthy and unhealthier(!) Service friendly and helpful, drinks took a little longer than we thought to come but really delicious. Recommend the espresso frappe - fantastic.

Poor service quality. No smile, felt very awkward. Ordered but then the barrister went onto serve some women before making my drink. He was all alone serving so cannot blame him but it took way too long. Coffee was OK so 3 stars. Better than Costa but no way near Starbucks.

Fantastic cappuccinos and warm friendly staff. I popped in every morning during jury service for a large cappuccino and it was the best that I've ever had (and I have had a lot of cappuccinos!). It was coffee perfection made exactly the way that I asked. The barista and all of the staff were always warm, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Went to the shop for the first time as they just opened to show some support. I got ignored at the counter. When I asked a guy with funny moustache some questios he did not even look up. Very rude and disrespectful. This is not how you do business but good luck anyways.
