Great service Great food. Chicken balls are best I have ever tasted.

Have been coming here for years. Tastiest gravy chip ever and all other dishes I've tried have been delicious. Amazing and friendly service. Can't go wrong!

Service…….there was none. A lot of young staff Service, there was a lot of young staff standing around the hotel each wedding to use standing around the till each waiting to use it. Told I could NOT order at the counter and that there were tables in front of me, even tho a member of staff had assured me he was sending someone down to take my order. I was there with my Father who is 92 years old and had to walk out and find somewhere else. I was informed by a member of staff on the way out “this is just how our Saturdays are”, I think 🤔 more staff would be required as it’s very off putting when you just want to order and see a lot of young staff standing chatting and having a laugh. Won’t be back 😡😡😡

My order was placed at 2005 and was accepted by the restaurant. At 2115 an update was put on the order that it would be delivered at 2050. The time is now 2145 and not only has the order not arrived but the restaurant is showing as closed online and no answer when I call. They were good enough to take the money for my order. Disgrace. This was the last chance ordering with them anyway as the orders were usually missing the drinks and dips we paid for. Wont be ordering from here again

Lovely place for that cup of coffee and a place to sit and have peace and quiet. Has a bookshop, with great gift ideas. Furniture sales also.
