Elsies Woodfired Pizza in Lisburn

2 pieces of pizza crust burned black and fries slightly dried out.

My order was placed at 2005 and was accepted by the restaurant. At 2115 an update was put on the order that it would be delivered at 2050. The time is now 2145 and not only has the order not arrived but the restaurant is showing as closed online and no answer when I call. They were good enough to take the money for my order. Disgrace. This was the last chance ordering with them anyway as the orders were usually missing the drinks and dips we paid for. Wont be ordering from here again

Ordered on the website (which they advertise is 20% cheaper than just eat) and it was easy. Pizza was ready on time for collection - piping hot and and tasted absolutely delicious. Won't be bothering with any other places in Lisburn for a pizza from now on.

Pizza great but burger had very soggy base, onion rings instead of crispy onions and relish would have been better on top side of burger to prevent soggy base.

Pizza was abit cold & didn’t read note left. But overall I think it would be better collected

Every pizza we have had from Elsie's, is absolutely delicious. Fast service, and really fresh, pizza - the dirty fries are so good too! Wouldn't order pizza from anywhere else in Lisburn.

Have gotten from here a number of times and has been of good quality. But tonight my order had 3 staples on our pizza. Lucky my husband noticed it just before I consumed it. Could have been extremely dangerous. They need to look into their health and safety practices to insure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

food really didnt travel well, very moist and the cheese cake was oblitorated, and the hotdog sausages are 100% not butchers or what they say they are supposed to be on the discription definatley a bog standard mass produced bigfoot sausage, garlic and parm fries most probably garlic and cheddar, but.... food was still ok just really not what you expect when you read the discription.

Moved to Lisburn 3-years-ago and was struggling to find a pizzeria that was really good until I came across this place. Absolutely incredible stuff.

I think this may be the best pizza I’ve ever had ! So fresh ! Got garlic and Parmesan fries which tasted more like garlic with like just normal cheese on top but still was really yummy !!! Will be ordering again !

Chips hard and under cooked. Onions rings hardly cooked and falling apart. Pizza under cooked with. Barely a drop of pizza sauce. Awful food.

The food was late, cold and soggy. It had no flavour and was not accurate to what was described when being ordered. Had to return the food and was not given a refund.

Shocking! Phoned to ask politely where my order was, got told it was on its way (app said 15 mins ago) but it hadn’t even left yet. Arrived stone cold, chips were all hard and the pizza crust was burnt. You guys are usually good but I don’t think I’ll be back after tonight. Not even a single apology for an extra 45 min delay.

fantastic order! ordered late in the evening and it all turned up fresh! hot and early! within 20mins! pizzas are always amazing - I have a gluten sensitivity and Elsie's pizzas are the only ones that don't aggravate it! 10/10! delivery driver was also very courteous and warm!

Highly recommend. The nicest takeaway we have had in so long. Food was so fresh and absolutely packed with flavour. The satay chicken skewers are so nice, the satay sauce is the best I've EVER had. Pizza was also cooked to perfection drizzled with the hot honey dip. We didn't want the food to end it was so enjoyable. We placed the order via the app it was so handy to use, delivery came on time and the driver was very pleasant. We will most definitely be back again.

Everything was absolute slop. kebabs covered in bbq sauce to the point it was leaking through 3 layers of papers and tin foil. Couldnt even lift them up they just fell apart. porky fries once again covered in sauce and exploding out of the box. never again. All went in the bin. nicest bit of a £32 meal was the child plain fries.

I bought the Barbeque Chicken pizza at the Foodies Festival in Wales today and to say it left a lot to the imagination is an understatement. The service was bad, the woman serving was blunt and careless (god forbid you ask for a serviette, you’ll be met with attitude), the pizza was £14 and contained plain chicken and tesco barbecue sauce (although the base was quite nice) but left a big hole in my stomach (and an equally sized hole in my wallet) Avoid

They definitely do pizza the way it should be, plus the salted chilli chicken fries were delicious. Very pleasant delivery driver also. Top marks 👏

Crust overly charred going on burnt and the base extremely soggy, not crispy at all. Base needed a longer cook, but crust was over done. No idea how that happens. Just a shambles. Did not sit well with my stomach. Such a shame as I had high hopes with this being my first time trying here. Would not recommend.

Ordered garlic chip, container wasn’t closed no garlic in chips very dry so disappointed in this, pizza was ok

Unbelievable. Just got 2 meal deals there. Fookin Hot was an absolute belter, best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Parmesan and garlic fries are the ones! Top notch. Staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Huge praise for the staff and the food! They even threw in an extra Parmesan and garlic fries for free! Cheers, I’ll be seeing yiz soon!

Fab food and great service. Had a slight issue with a forgotten item, which was no problem, busy Saturday night and these things happen...the way it was handled was second to none...the delivery driver and person in the shop could not have been more helpful and apologetic and the matter was resolved so quickly. the quality of food is fab, this is our go to take away and service like that will keep it that way. highly recommend.
