Ordered through just eat. Food was a mess,nothing like the picture, couldn't even make out what was on the bottom and was swimming in a very runny Salsa. missing items and Beef had a massive bit of grissel/fat.just not appetising at all.

Never been in to a Tortilla before but tried it today and wanted to leave a review because honestly, it was so good! Had the Beyond Steak! Will definitely be coming back. Tables were clean and the staff were really friendly!

Delivery was over an hour late, food was cold. Tortilla chips were very salty. Probably won’t order again.

Food never arrived but they marked it as delivered, 3rd time this has happened from this restaurant

Not a very good experience this time, staff were rude and then gave me the wrong thing. When I said I didn't want that they just stared at me. Everything I asked for they couldn't seem to understand. I wanted a meal deal with chips or nachos and I was given a big bowl of nachos and then they said it wasn't in the meal deal. After all that the two staff members just stood there and stared my us making us feel uncomfortable 😐

Sent the wrong order that I can’t eat because of allergens, and I’m not able to be refunded for the entire thing so I’ve lost money

Honestly I love this restaurant but today’s experience was the worst everything was finished from the food they haven’t replaced the finished items and I asked for chicken they gave me the last bits and it wasn’t enough and I paid full price they had no cheese sauce it was finished and they didn’t have chipotle mayo everything I asked for was finished I had to choose other options which I didn’t like very much

Since I ordered 2 different buritto, it would be a good ideea that at least one of them to be marked, so I can know which one is pork or beef. The rice in the burrito was also a bit hard and dried but it was eatable.

Very satisfactory food and environment 🥰, DJ was the one who welcomed us, he is a star was very polite and nice🌼 , definitely recommend this place

Ordered food using Uber eats. Took one and half hours to arrive. Portion size tiny and items missing. No forks or napkins provided. Extremely disappointed with Tortilla Exeter won’t be returning.

Quite slow at serving. And not impressed by the young lad serving with his trousers slung under his backside so his boxers were on show!!!

Always delicious with lots of tasty elements and plenty of fresh flavours. Usually get the burrito bowl with lots of toppings. Most recently had a lovely visit with friends and was served by El who helped with our indecisiveness and dietary reqs and generally made the whole experience very friendly and welcoming. Will be back often!

Popped in Saturday late afternoon to a filthy seating area, staff who are quite young and very clearly couldn’t care less and to top it off one kid did the salt bae cheese drop, it’s the most cringe things I’ve ever seen

Submitted an online order through UberEats and were bitterly disappointed. Around 5-6 items missing from wrap and barbacoa naked bowl and wrap was beef instead of chicken. Very problematic if you're halal or don't eat red meat etc. Would not order again. Have submitted online complaint through contact form and tried to ring the store, and left a message, but no one has got back to me so far! Disgusted

Christmas quesadilla bundle was good, would order again. Service was top notch

The food arrived cold, none of the burritos were labelled. The cold drinks were stuffed in with the food making the food even colder.

great customer service especially from the guy with the eyebrow slit who served us three on the 1st nov between 4:30 and 5pm, very good employee.

dude went to the furthest point across the city to make another delivery before arriving to us and the food was stone cold.

Great staff working, food always fresh, so many options to chose from, staff helpful in deciding and helping out, they ask if you new to the place or not, if you new they run through what they have an options which is very useful for someone that may get overwhelmed or unsure on what they are looking at. I always come here and highly recommend. For the price, the food is worth it.

The burrito was nicely filled and they offer a nice discount for people such as students. The food is very nice and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The staff came and checked if we liked the good. I would recommend this place to any people. There are also helpful signs in case you are confused

I’m a regular at tortilla Exeter and I’m never left disappointed - the food is always unreal , the staff are always so helpful and reminding of the ‘extra charges’ to save any confusion at checkout. I usually take out but I sat in today after having a busy day around the town. Djeffrey served me and he was a very happy, chatty young man - he suggested I try the new ranch hot sauce and it was bloody lovely!! He’s a credit to the store, and to customers! Keep up the good work Exeter Tortilla :)

Really chilled out, great music, unbelievably good food for great value, especially if you’re a student. Don’t feel like crap like after a MacDonald’s.

The hot sauce is just very spicy but tastes borderline. The taco shelves are either limp or solid. Be sure to order the solid ones and the food falls out of the flaky ones. Otherwise everything tastes good. The store is very slow but extremely cheap.

Cold to the touch and fell apart before opening it

delvery agent was on time and well spoken.

Delivery stated 25-30 minutes however it took longer than 30 minutes. By the time the food had arrived it was also cold which was disappointing

Always great and good portions. Only had a smaller side one once but it was a trainee. New app rewards aren't as good as the old system which is a shame but nothing to the fault of the staff

The standards for this Tortilla have not been as good as the others. They tried to charge a medium size for a large despite me saying medium and the container was the medium size (they understood and changed it to medium but it’s a little odd). The staff put too much hot sauce which didn’t make it enjoyable and the portion sizes were smaller than other Tortillas I’ve visited in the UK.

Everything turned up cold not even warm just like it came out of a fridge its a sad day having to microwave everything proper put me off
