First time I was in Tim's it was in newtownards. It empty but it still took staff ten minutes to serve me and that's only cause I called them over it says on the sign fresh cooked food more like soggy frozen food I definitely wouldn't be back

I think it is undoubtedly the best value breakfast. It is not just value for money but really good as well.

Just called in fot a drink And doughnut having been in on numerous occasions before. As it turned was hot I decided to go for a lemonade refresher which literally was very weak lemon squash with ice , definitely overpriced the doughnut was just ok.. wouldn’t recommend and won’t have again.

First time in tim hortons newtownards and the last. OK, tried it, not my kind of food. Breakfast muffin was rank, but to be honest, others may love them so I'm not giving this review on the food alone as it isn't fair if it's not my thing. Coffee was nice. Unfortunately the place was disgusting. The place hasn't been moped or cleaned in weeks imo. Grime on window ledges and hairs, under our table was cut nails and rubbish and other tables had dirt build up for i reckon weeks. This wasn't just a day's filth, it had been there a while. Really bad. I wonder how clean the kitchen is?

Orders correct, prompt and pleasant and polite staff. Visit frequently:). Parking good!

Always a warm welcome and comfortable atmosphere for a catch up. Brilliant option for breakfast too!

Some of this is irrelevant to but background helps explain why I am so happy with Tim Hortons. I was sent to get breakfast for my fiancé, but I went to a nail appointment by the time I was done everywhere had stopped serving breakfast. Felling like I had failed my partner I panicked but he told me he likes Tim Hortons and they serve breakfast till later than most. I had already drove all around town, getting blocked in a parking space wasting more time, so I was stressed and in a rush I pulled up at the drive through at 11:39am (9 minutes after they stop doing breakfast). I was so disappointed, flustered and overwhelmed. I rambled on at the Drive thru customer service Lady that I didn't know what to do. She said she'd make breakfast for me no problem! Which shocked me and made me very happy, I thanked her for the trouble and tried to order a french vanilla but got so confused as I'm not a coffee drinker and I didn't know what it was or how my fiance likes it as he just said "french vanilla" so unfortunately kept rambling at her, but she was so pleasant and understanding helped me get my order sorted with such a happy tone I'm surprised she didn't sigh and get fed up with me! and she even gave me a free donut! The wholesome customer service interaction made my whole day so much better so I thought writing this review might make hers better if she sees it. Julie you are a superstar and such a nice happy person! Thank you for your time and your patience, customer service can be a thankless tiring job but you managed to do it with a genuine heartfelt smile and that is rare in itself! This isn't the only really nice customer service I've had from Tim's so I'm inclined to go a lot more because the interactions with the staff are just so pleasant!

Always good for a coffee & a bit to eat

Ordered a tea and the staff seem to have forgotten about it, filled several larger orders placed after mine before someone asked if I needed something. The bathrooms were very unsanitary; they hadn’t been cleaned and were gross.

Not a great day, as I rarely give so little stars, but we tried to order, using the digital screens, but that was a disaster, as kept repeating, and wouldn't accept payment. So had to ask for assistance, but was told to just pay at the counter. So on approaching the counter, to pay, to a small bit of annoyance, we were asked what we would like to order, after trying for 10mins to order on screen, but when we did place the order, slight confusion, as we ordered some dough balls, chocolate etc, but were given 2 lots. But the lat down was the coffee, as it was not of a quality that is associated with the name 'Tim Horton ', as it tasted like power. Overall not good.

Look I’m given a big star as never had any problems. BUT TODAY my daughters boyfriend ordered off just eat now these delivery services need an overhaul when I was young I did delivery’s but nothing worse then today. A whole meal was missing and a drink sauces and a Side now the bag that was used was a Seal proof which was broken, so I can’t say it was stolen, but they were open. Went into store manager not bothered to even say sorry. It took a lovely customer front desk lady MEGAN again I say MEGAN well that is a manager right there. So helpful so understanding she said she packed this order so there’s only one thing in the Journey things have gone missing. But she MEGAN looked into it and sorted it out what a great team member that should be the manager of a store. With her help was so helpful and a relaxing conversation. Shame that people that should be managers are not. Not put me off as this was the first complaint but was dealt with so professionally. Thank you MEGAN for your professionalism.

Fantastic service, food was ready in a flash, hot, fresh delicious and only £16 for 3 breakfasts with hot drinks and a bix of Timbits! Clean and well presented with attentive friendly staff, well done guys!

I always come here. It's the perfect space to study; with the most comfy seats, I spend hours here. The service is great and so friendly. I love the 2 for 1 donuts on a Wednesday, coffee is great also!

My favourite Tim’s ever and that’s purely because of the staff! I’m here more often than I should be to get coffee and the guys here are the most friendly people ever. I always leave with a smile on my face. Special shoutout to Abaz (sorry if I’ve spelt this wrong), he’s the best. I can always rely on these guys to make my day a lot better and that’s before I even drink my coffee, my dog Jango also says thank you for the pup cups, he gets so excited when he sees me pulling into the drive thru and he’s always met with people happy to see him too. Thank you ❤️

Pleasant environment. Good variety of drinks to choose from. Comfortable and clean seating.

Got 6 free timbits to review. Kids love the chocolate ones. If you are a family I would suggest eating on a Saturday, get a free kids meal when you order an adult meal or a special drink. It's less chaotic than McDonald's and the kids love the extra treats

I went for the breakfast wrap with an extra hash brown. Usually I would expect a hash brown to be crispy however this hash brown was limp and soggy. So if you are looking for a limp, soggy hash brown this is certainly the place to go. The place looked clean and I would describe the staff as efficient rather than friendly.

What is most important in food industry? Cleanliness, Food quality and staff! And we love this place, as its clean, friendly, and taste good! Just keep up with standards! Thank you

We arrived here at 10:20am on a Wednesday and the establishment is so well kept! Very clean and tidy environment. Staff super friendly and very speedy service. Food was the best Tim’s breakfast I’ve had. So happy we decided to come to this Tim’s.

We called in here around 10pm on Monday evening. What s lovely cosy atmosphere on a winter's evening. I had the french vanilla latte - excellent. We were lucky enough to be served by Mo what a lovely guy. Nothing was too much trouble and he was chatty and friendly which cant be easy that time of night. We will definitely be back.

Nice Tim's to sit in and eat. However, on a sunny day you need to find one of the few table and chairs in the shade as there are no blinds.

Had breakfast which is cheaper and nicer than McDonald's with the advantage of having a much better coffee

Dissappointed with our meal we had to send our lattice potatoes back because they were cold only to be given a new batch the same. Staff did not apolagise and seemed harrassed. Bins were over filled and tables not cleaned. First time there I would be reluctant to return.
