Service was slow and some items were out of stock.

We love a Tim Hortons Americano and a loaded doughnut. The staff member who served us barely registered our existence, but she wasn't rude, and the transaction was fine. We got what we wanted and had a relaxing family (a bit noisy) coffee.

Shout out to Ciaran for being very accommodating and kind! Lovely place to grab a warm drink post sea swim.

We are regular customers here and have never had a poor experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they make the atmosphere welcoming. After drinking Tim Hortons coffee, I find other coffee chains a disappointment now, and the £1 breakfast is a real treat for a couple of older folks.

Manager literally found many different ways to be unhelpful and effectively kick us out of the Bangor branch (due to my lack of experience with too good to go app) went to Ards, guy behind the counter talked me through it and sorted us out with a fantastic customer experience in 5 min, strange how 5 miles has such a different customer standard

Forgot my food. Not happy at all. Have to go to work now without my food as they forgot my food which I find is ridiculous and people should be able to read the order and pack it right.

Tasty, but he portions were a joke, a tiny omelette that wouldn't fill up a toddler, along with a tiny donut - and a tiny box of timbits. Never again.

the order took an hour to arrive and all the food in the order is freezing, no contact number for Tim Hortons either to complain or even keep in touch regarding delivery time, wouldn't recommend ordering here if you actually want food you can eat

Long wait for food. Toilets overflowing reported to staff left store 25 minutes later and still issues not addressed. Food was nice but

Have to say myself and my daughter love calling in here every morning. The staff are always so friendly and attentive, and can’t do enough for you. Ciaran is always helpful, and Manoj, and the coffee, timbits and food is great. Can’t recommend enough.

Had a pleasant experience here. Atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. Perfect for watching the world go by with my favourite Canadian maple doughnut. The staff (Keiron and Manoj) were very friendly too. My weekly coffee outing 😁

The store itself was very warm and cosy which was great on such a cold evening. I had a toasted melt that was served promptly and piping hot, as was my hot chocolate. The staff, Ciaran and the manager on duty were extremely friendly and helpful. An all round positive and pleasant experience!

The food was great, reasonably priced and lots of choice. Nice and warm inside and staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ciaran. Highly recommend

Solid late night coffee spot in Bangor. Staff are always friendly and management do a great job moving on rowdy kids and keeping it a safe and chill place for customers. The food menu has way better options than Canadian Timmys (camembert bites helloooooo) but I do miss the Canadian breakfast menu, hopefully the UK gets breakfast biscuits some day!! ☺️

Simple order was incorrect! A hot chocolate with whipped cream was what was order a hot chocolate with absolutely NO whipped cream was what was received! That’s practically the easiest thing to order and it was totally wrong, and now I have a disappointed child!

My son always drags me in here for donuts. He loves them!

Coffee was just OK. The choc cake was a bit sweet for me. But others might like it. It sells meals (burgers/chicken) which I didn't know.

Food was good. It was our first Tim Hortons experience and it’s like a mix between a Starbucks and McDonalds as they have burgers, sandwiches and doughnuts although they are a coffee shop. We enjoyed our coffee and food here and got everything very swiftly.

Quick and my order was correct. McDonald's and burger king can't even do that. Not tones of chips but was dead on

Tim hortons is my favourate food shop the but recently my favourate drink that i used to ordered, the taste changes Im not sure why but Ive seen new staff in this food shop so probably they do this. I dont like the taste anymore, the consistency is not the same like my favourate drink Mocha its not tasty that i used to come here every week.

I am a Senior Citizen and I usually find these places a bit daunting, but my time at Tim Hortons (and I have been several times now) has always been very pleasant and not at all intimidating like others and the food and service has always been excellent.

I had a delicious caramel apple fritter, the smell made my mouth water before I even took the first bite! I also had an ice Capp mocha it was also very yummy I recommend both of these! The service was impeccable! So quick to get my order!

Mengo was a so friendly and helpful. I’m used to Tim Hortons in Canada, same great food and service 5000 miles away in Bangor, County Down.

I hadn’t been in the Bangor branch in a while. I was back today for the first time. I was very pleasantly surprised. Then I met Ellie the new branch Manager. This explained a lot. It was clean, feeling fresher and the staff were engaged. A true breath of fresh air. Complete sea change has taken place. Will definitely be back.
