Lovely busy pub in the heart of Angel, but also close enough to Kings Cross. They're open a bit later than other nearby pubs, and serve amazing pizzas too! The staff are always super lovely, and I enjoy visiting here semi-regularly.

Great pizza. Reasonably priced food and pizza, we paid £40 for two pizzas and a large glass of Pinot and a 0.0 Guinness. Great pub. Lovely warm interior decor and good friendly service.

The pizza here is reliably outstanding. The beer and gin selection is fantastic. The decor is welcoming and unique, and there is a good mix of outdoor and indoor seating. Always friendly bar staff too

Bartender was awesome. They helped us find a late night spot for food after the kitchen closed and was supper hospitality.

I was there during Monday afternoon, so fairly quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I bet this is great in the evening. I left still early evening. So my lower score for atmosphere I’m sure would change in the evening.

I came to see the place due to it being the first outside representation of the Nags Head in Only Fools and Horses looks very different to back them!! It's a lovely clean pub with very friendly staff and a great range of different beers. To me it comes across as a hipster pub but I'm quite old so it might just be young people lol.

One of my favourite pubs in London! Great music and really cool interior. The staff are always super friendly especially Hugo and Morgan who are always so smiley :) Perfect place to come for drinks with friends and the pizzas are always delicious.

Really enjoyed our first night in the area, finding this adorable pub around the corner from our hotel. Our servers Billy and Hugo were fun, funny, made great recommendations and a birthday celebration a night to remember. The apps we got were delicious and the cocktails were perfection- especially their assortment of mini-shooters!! Thank you and only wish you were around the corner of my house in the US!

I was just charged £7.20 for almost a pint of IPA here. When I checked with the barmaid if that was correct she looked kind of embarrassed and nodded. She did smile at me as soon as I entered though, and probably doesn't set the prices.

Decent pub with some good craft beers - though some pretentious and rude customers spoiled the experience a tad.

We rented the private hire room for a Eurovision birthday party and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The space itself is great - separate from the rest of the bar but close enough to the bar to grab drinks. The staff was great, from booking all the way through to the actual party - super attentive and available for anything we needed. We ordered a bunch of pizzas for the party and they were a big hit. There is a minimum that you need to hit to rent the space and it was a little difficult to keep track of that as we relied on our guests to tell the bartender that they were with the private hire room (and I suspect many of them forgot to do that) but it didn’t end up being an issue. I would definitely consider booking an event here again.

Beautiful space, great food and the staff worked really hard. It was just the manager who let the experience down. He did not communicate with myself who had booked the space. We had a big group and spent a lot of money in there but were spoken to like children and he was very overly sensitive, a real shame. I made sure I said thank you to the staff that were lovely and worked so hard.

Lovely spot, good atmosphere and nice staff. Seemed a fairly young clientele, which is great for a weekend night out.

Went in yesterday with my Wife for a pizza and a pint. Three John's stands out in the area for offering something others do not. The craft beer selection is wide, the pizza is great and the interior is stunning. Being a Publican myself I understand how loved this place is by the team here.

Didn't eat but my friends did and enjoyed it. Great atmosphere great friendly staff who were very helpful 😀 👍 Sadly no bitter on but thats everywhere these days 😕 don't get craft beers!

The Three Johns is just around the corner from the office I work out of when in London, and it is the perfect lunch spot. It tackles the ever-rising lunch costs by providing affordable pizzas - that are incredibly delicious, but still give you the option to upgrade and add on for those days when you are up for spending a little more and feeling a bit fancy, The base was perfect and held up strong despite being loaded with toppings and there was a great selection of dips on offer. The service was super friendly and a huge plus that we could bring our furry friends (pets, not hairy colleagues) along. And for lunch, importantly they were very efficient and we didn't wait long for our food at all.

My daughter and I came for the Monday night quiz. £2 per person entry with 2 spot drink prizes and a £50 bar tab for winner and a bottle of wine for the runner up. Challenging questions and a really good quiz. Fabulous, affordable pizzas, great selection of beers and wine plus really lovely staff. What are you waiting for?

It’s a great venue for good pizza (they are a must!), drinks and hanging out with friends listening to 90s music! Always very lively.

I booked an area in The Three Johns to celebrate a birthday for around 30 people in Feb 2024. It was very easy to book by ringing up, the manager Daniel was very helpful and made sure that we all had a good time. Great selection of drinks, and the pizza is really good! Good atmosphere and music, overall would highly recommend.

The new server Ed’s service was truly Edcellent. He went out of his way to go above and beyond and even played my friend’s favourite MIKA song . The pizza served here was also extremely Edible

Best pizza I ever ate in a pub. Even in a fancy Italian restaurant, I’d be more than satisfied with that level of quality. They also try their best to find space for anyone, service is quick and friendly. Beer selection is also really decent.

The Three Johns is a great place if you want to meet up with a large group of friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pub is a great space for any form of celebrations. Highly recommend!
