Food always been nice on the 4 times we've been. Portions deceptively big and service is excellent. Book on advance if you can.

What a great place, they have done an amazing job here. Another great meeting place with a great atmosphere.

Attended an 80s Night at The Factory Floor. Enjoyable evening in a big party with friends & a great atmosphere. Was very busy but well organised with seating allocated. Was disappointed in choice of records as very much Rock or Anthems, no Electronic 80s & some songs repeated. Would go again though depending on the choice of music on offer.

Location is fantastic, truly one of a kind. The staff were (mostly) attentive. Food lets it down a little bit, daytime menu is waaay too big and the food is just ‘ok’, nothing special, quite bland. Mexican evening menu is far nicer, much more flavour.

One of the newer gems in Stoke, food was excellent and absolutely huge - we came for brunch time. Go, you won’t regret it.

On paper it all comes across great , in reality it went pear shaped. My son payed for afternoon tea here for my birthday. I am gluten free and a bit of a plain eater. My wife is let’s say normal, but also a plain eater. After a phone call to the venue to specify that we don’t want this or that on sandwiches we are served sandwiches with tuna, cheese and onion, egg mayonnaise which were all not asked for. Also I added a portion of chunky chips to order as an extra. So ended up with a cheese sandwich for myself, wife tried tuna which she doesn’t like, cheese had onion on which she cannot have so she ended up with one ham finger. Chunky chips were under done , the larger of these were raw and too hard. Cake selection was very good but we couldn’t eat it all after the disappointing sandwiches so asked for a box to take home. What seemed like a nice treat turned out not for us and not what was asked for, feel sorry for my son who thought it would be a birthday present.

We had an amazing night here 4 my daughters birthday,the food was delicious, all fresh and hot and the meals came out at the same time, party of approx 18, well done to you all big 👍

Been here twice now and both times the place was packed to the rafters with a buzzing atmosphere...this did not affect service or food quality as both were impeccable.....we got there slightly early to enjoy a pre dinner cocktail at the bar which was great too!

We have been to the Factory floor a number of times and have had a good night My only complaint is that they don't sell whisky. I was told that they don't stock it because it doesn't sell. Since we have been a few times, l don't understand why stocking it is a problem. There is a new drinks menu, and it is listed on there.

Brunch with 4 friends today, very good menu, especially for me (vegetarian), we all enjoyed our different meals, very good service, pleasant staff, efficient and helpful, thankyou

Had the Canadian stew, it was a very expensive lobby.

We went for Sunday lunch and I must say for the price it was beautiful we will definitely go again

First time here and it did not disappoint, went on a Saturday evening, plenty of car parking spaces available, what a beautiful place inside very quirky, lovely welcoming staff. We had to pre order our food as there was alot of us for a birthday party, had a drink first then we were showed to the table, the food arrived within 10 minutes and all at the same time it was piping hot and the portions were just right and it was georgous. I had the chicken bacon leek pie beautiful, infact everyone had lovely meals, and they also gave us some boxes to put the food in we couldn't eat, overall a fab night will definitely be coming again. Thank you Quarter at Potbank.

We have never encountered such behavior and lack of respect for the customer! their website says breakfast is served until 12, when we entered the restaurant it was 11:34 and the waitress said breakfast is served until 11:30 and we would not be served food. i was shocked because we drove in the snow for an hour to get there and it is not our fault that their website gives wrong information. and even if it was true that breakfast is served until 11:30 we were only 4 minutes late! we really feel disappointed and hope you treat other customers better. regards to the chef.

Been here a few times and am never disappointed! This time it was a Taylor Swift tribute and afternoon tea - both were fantastic! Would highly recommend the events here!

Had an absolutely fantastic New years eve bash here, couldn't fault it! MY only gripe is it's taken us so long to actually go and visit! Will be visiting much more regular from now on

Party of 6, had burgers, burritos, breakfast and bacon,chicken and leek pie, everyone enjoyed their dishes, good service even though it was busy, would definitely go again.

Great atmosphere and big venue that can cater for events and weddings. Lots of food choices available. We didn't eat this time but booked for Xmas fayre. Stayed for cocktails which were delicious

Tried to book a table for dinner while staying at the Potbank Hotel, but the person I spoke to just kept saying that hotel guests didn't have priority. I didn't ask for priority, just a table if one was available and I'm still waiting on an answer. Visit Stoke a lot. Won't ever eat here.

Drinks a little bit expensive but had a fab time

I could spend hours in here, so quirky and lots to see - original features are incredible! Food is fantastic and the service was spot on. Would highly recommend

Nice venue, lots going on and very popular. We popped in for a drink and some food from the bar menu. The restaurant was fully booked so best not to turn up on spec if you are wanting to sit in the restaurant. The bar area was also busy but mostly with people waiting to be seated in the restaurant. Also, does wedding receptions. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Sharing platter Sunday lunch was amazing🥰. Huge portion size for 2 people, 3 meats, vegetables, Yorkshire pudding potato gratin cauliflower cheese you name it it was there. Service was fab by all, special mention to Harry. We will certainly be returning.

Love this place. Its got a great atmosphere and decor. It's industrial theme based around the setting of the old spode pottery works with a potbank taking the main focus of the hotel. The Mexican food is out of this world. Generous portions of tasty food and bought to you by great servers. The factory floor is also good for a laugh, although not been to a themed night yet.

Recently visited for breakfast and have now been for the last 3 weeks. The place is fantastic. So we'll laid out for something for everyone. Pleasant attentive staff and managers. Love it❤️

The afternoon tea was disappointing. The sandwiches were not as described and not great. Just a bit of ham slapped onto dry bread. The scones were nice and the mini Victoria sponge but, the brownies were disappointing. I wouldn't go back.

This place has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The food is fantastic—fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. The service is genuinely friendly, and there’s plenty of parking, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Relaxing jazz and tapas evening with a very talented pianist. Food was incredible and Daisy was very attentive.

Food as always outstanding and staff were really attentive, only reason for not giving 5 stars is parking there simply isn't enough, very tight, have to pay and no disable parking which is a big problem. These need looking into to make it more accessible to everyone

Lovely place to visit and the food was just perfect! Had the mexican quesadilla and would highly recommend. The highlight of our visit though, was Bailey, who served us all night. She was fantastic, attentive and offered really greY advice in respect of food choices etc. She made the visit so much more - what a valuable member of staff The Potbank have there!

It has been some time since we visited this lovely quirky restaurant and we certainly won’t leave it long until the next time. As a party of 5 we had a variety of really tasty fare and great sized portions. To start we enjoyed garlic and herb mushrooms, spicy chicken mini fillets and loaded dirty nachos with vegetable and bean chilli, the portions were huge, the food piping hot and so tasty. Our main courses were just as good: baked burrito, hunters chicken, black and blue burger, Mexican spiced salmon and Mediterranean vegetable pie, all of them were delicious, despite the exceptionally generous portions, all plates were cleared. One of our party did succumb to a huge slice of lemon meringue pie with vanilla ice cream, I think I put on 5lbs just looking at it. The service was excellent, so genuine and friendly. Fabulous service, great decor and delicious food, we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Great place, really good atmosphere, and a lovely quirky bar. Staff really helpful, friendly and attentive. Food quality excellent, and quantity almost overwhelming!! Go there when you are hungry 😜 Plenty of choices. Really enjoyable. Would give 7x🌟 if I could.!!

On the search for top rated Sunday dinners in the local area.. at present, the dinner for two is at the top of our list.. the food and flavours were unreal! The amount of food provided too was insane! The price was good considering what was provided.. been talking about it all week 👌

Food was amazing 👏 we had jerk chicken, fajitas, pizza and soft fish dish. Excellent value for money, lovely atmosphere (although it was a little cold and my mum sat with her coat on). We went for a birthday meal, staff were accommodating, large menu choices and not too busy. We did go earlier at 5pm though. I would definitely recommend this place, we have been multiple times now and enjoyed it every time. Thank you to all the staff 🙏

Travelling from the Netherlands it is great to experience great English food. This is the second time we have had the Quarter experience and the second time we have been impressed. Bailey on her first shift was a natural we hope to see her again the next time we come

Despite decent service and an "ok" atmosphere, unfortunately the food is really nothing special at all. At least, not the buttermilk fried chicken burger, which was possibly the worst chicken burger I've ever had the misfortune of tasting. Quite literally bested by ASDA's £2.70 hot counter chicken burger, with which at least you know what you're getting, and are not being charged a staggering £17.95! The burger was extremely bland, and clearly not seasoned at all. I think the chicken was simply deep fried in completely plain breadcrumbs. The bun was brioche, normally something I wouldn't have an issue with, but this was a brioche with such a distinctly sweet taste, it unfortunately stood out as the most flavourful part of the burger - and not in a good way. Burger sauce was a strange choice for a chicken burger, surely a chicken burger is best paired with some sort of mayonnaise? Perhaps just matter of preference, but I didn't care for the choice of sauce personally. Same issue with the chips, which despite the burger, were specifically advertised as being seasoned on the menu. Not that this needs to be advertised for a chicken burger, it should just be a given, but apparently not. The chips were completely unseasoned, and by that I mean quite literally, no seasoning whatsoever. Not even a sprinkle of salt/pepper, just completely plain. I'm leaving 2/5 stars for food - it's propped up from being a 1* review because the starters we tried (fried halloumi and grilled prawns) were actually not terrible. This is probably a decent option if you don't care for seasoned food and enjoy the novelty of a restaurant based in what used to be a potbank. Otherwise, steer clear!

Disappointed in the staff today. I attended to set-up an event and was advised that I was unable to use certain types of decoration, without explanation. Felt this was rude and careless, considering money had been spent on those decorations. First impressions, not good. Based on my experience and the attitude of the staff, I would not recommend this venue for celebrations as although it is only a day at work for them, for the people who have attended - it is a special event that will be remembered. It is a shame that the staff are not considerate to this. No prior mention of a deposit and forcing a member of the party to overpay £20 for two people who did not attend due to illness. The staff took no consideration or sympathy to the person who was being forced to pay for the two additional deposits. Keep in view, on the day we had a party of twenty people. At no point during the booking process were we informed that a deposit was required. Therefore the booking party did not collect deposits. Why would deposits be collected on the day of the event, it is wrong and you took advantage of someone and pressured them into paying it. Despite spending over £550 - This was not good enough and payment for the outstanding £20 was still demanded. I believe the staff should have disclosed this at the start but instead, they took the opportunity, allowed the money to be spent and then demanded more. Returning customers... but not anymore more!

We have been loyal customers to the Quarter for our work outings - so when we decided to do a baby shower for one of our colleagues we decided to have it here. We paid £50 for a private room and pre-ordered our food - no deposit was taken or requested on the email we had sent - possibly because we are returning loyal customers. On the day of the event I arrived earlier to dress the room, was rudely told no confetti - no balloons with confetti in, and the table was separated in to 3 with miss match chairs instead of one long one, this was not mentioned upon booking but ok, I can live with that. Out of the 22 guests, unfortunately 2 could not make the event due to illness (I myself was only informed at the event) - as we didn’t pay a deposit I didn’t think this was an issue however the rude gentleman said he would need the £20 to be paid (before we even got seated) we said we would have a chat what we could do. After we finished our meals and again we were informed about the £20 and that we need pay at the bar. We all paid for our meals £407 in total - and the remaining balance was £29.50 which didn’t make sense - eventually after going back and forth and the whole obsession with the £20 I paid the remaining £20 - even though £407 for the meals / £50 for the private room / drinks at the bar I would say about £100 but none of that mattered as long as this £20 was paid! We were all totally gob smacked by this - we have been coming here for years for events but after today fiasco never again. Even on the pre-order form which I will upload, they wrote “Some needs to pay £20” Absolute shame we won’t be recommending this venue again, or returning - down to bad management on the day.

The atmosphere was lovely. My partner had the pulled pork nachos (which were beautifully seasoned and tasted great) however I had the Chicken baked Burrito and disappointed is an understatement; it was bland, burnt and when I tried to peel the foil off it was stuck to the burrito and made it inedible. When I told the server, they told us there was a large wait on food and ended up removing my food from the tab - kind server however not happy that I ultimately did not eat. Probably won’t bother returning.

Used a Wowcher deal at this venue and wow, so glad we did. Fantastic quirky venue, food was delicious and plentiful and we were served by Chloe who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic evening. Usually a voucher means you leave less food but not here. With or without the voucher the food was amazing, delicious with very generous portion sizes. We had the burger with fries deal which came with a flight of beers. Superb! We will definitely be back to try the Tapas, Mexican and Sunday lunch! Great little find. If you’ve not tried it you must! Won’t be disappointed

Sorry not as good today. Chips arrived cold and hard. Sandwich loaded with lettuce and not as much filling as previously ordered meals. Disappointed this time sorry

Myself and my sister in law went to celebrate a friends book launch all was going well and we were waiting in the queue at the bar. I had noticed already a lady who appeared to be a manager was making her way past people and the queues in a rushed manner. I saw her approaching again and moved to the side she then went past her colleague carrying a tray of drinks and knocked them off sending the drink all up my back on my jacket and the bottom of my dress. The lady turned asked if it got anyone so I said yes it is up my back to which she carried on mopping the drinks up and putting wet floor signs out. I have had many customer facing roles in my life and how this was dealt with was terrible.

Went to listen to a live band great night beers not to expensive either. All good

It was beautiful! Around an hour to arrive but totally worth it!

The Quarter is such a beautiful place, and the staff are all lovely and very accommodating - can’t fault the place or people. But I’m disappointed in the quality of the food. My partner ordered shakshouka and I a vegetarian quesadilla - his was too hot to eat for a long time, and it was just peppers mixed in a bland tomato sauce with large chunks of hard bread, not much flavour. Mine was about 50% melted cheese; I had to leave a lot of it because I started to feel sick from the grease. And both portions were gigantic. We’ve been before and had a lovely time, but we just ordered simple things like a traditional breakfast and eggs florentine, both of which were prepared very well and were delicious. I think some of the food needs an overhaul - assess each meal that’s offered, focus less on gigantic portions that people can’t finish and instead focus on getting the flavours right. And don’t rely so much on cheese as a substitute for flavour. Maybe even trim the size of the menu if that makes things easier. I say this because I want the Quarter to thrive. To be known for a place that serves great food, not just a place that’s praised for its atmosphere and excellent service.

We rang up at 6pm on the off-chance of getting a table for 2 that evening and luckily we were slotted in at 8:15pm. We've just come back from a few nights in London and ate at some swanky restaurants and I have to say none had the character, vibrancy and to be totally honest the quality of service of The Quarter. The food was delicious and really good sized portions. We were asked 3 or 4 times if everything was OK or needed any more drinks and felt really looked after. It was my first time here but I'll definitely be back.

Lovely place, relaxed atmosphere with a pianist playing. Clean, tidy, staff friendly and willing to help. Disabled access available, plenty of parking. We had afternoon tea which was delicious.

Wow wow wow I have the best pulled port beef burger. Let’s just say I went to heaven and it was lovely. When the burger arrived, I didn’t know if to admire this work of art or eat it! It was a ponderous dilemma Thanks for taking me to heaven

Whether you’re looking for a date night, family meal, work night out or drinks with friends, I’ve not found a better place in Stoke-on-Trent. Great food, wonderful atmosphere and amazing staff. Well worth a visit.

Great place for a get together. Lots going on - there were afternoon teas, bridal showers and a wedding reception all happening alongside bottomless brunches and girly get together. Great friendly staff, amazing food with some nice vegan options and a great bar and covered outdoor seating area for when you've finished eating.

Amazing food. Way too much to eat but we had a takeaway out box to bring home which was enough for another small meal! We had the sharing platter and it comes highly recommended. The service is very good. The atmosphere is lovely and the place is quite something else.

What a brilliant day/night at The Quarter Potbank. Started with an afternoon tea which was lovely. Nice, relaxed atmosphere full of character. Returned a couple of hours later for an evening of outside live entertainment from The Hairy Bartenders, an incredible duo playing a wide variety of music. Menu has a huge selection, also a pizza van outside. We will definitely return. Many thanks to the staff 👍⭐️
