Very pleasant walk round Boston Manor Park, topped off with brunch at this gem of a cafe. I had freshly made Eggs Florentine, and my husband had the same dish with mushrooms. He was delighted as he hadn’t come across that combination before. Deeply rich yolks, leaf spinach, beautifully made hollandaise and all for £7.50 each. Superb value.

Recently opened in a neat 1-storey modern building, I’ve walked past a few times since it opened and it’s always been busy. Having checked it out myself I can see why - it’s BRILLIANT. Lovely staff, great coffee, and simple but tasty food, made fresh in the open kitchen using proper ingredients. Good amount of tables & chairs inside and out. Right next to the park playground (and the elevated M4, but you barely realise it’s there). Go visit!

Not only is the customer service of this Tiffin service amazing the food that Punjabi Tiffin Food Deliver is amazing to. Overall I would recommend Punjabi Tiffin Food’s Tiffin service to anyone who has tried Punjabi Food but also to people who haven’t tried Punjabi Food.

The 3 course menu at £65 seemed excellent value. Snacks, bread etc and a starter of scorched mackerel were I thought up to star standard. Vegetarian options, starter of Ashcroft tomatoes, and a main of a seasonal corn ‘risotto’, were also very well received. There was a £5 supplement for a small piece of brill served with a stuffed courgette flower as the other main course. I didn’t recognise the crab which was listed as one of the ingredients and the tartare roe sauce was dominant. The plate of food was small and I was still hungry after this course. I chose cheese as a dessert and this was served with crackers and some attractive dried fruit bread (still a little soft in the middle). A good selection of cheese was provided. It did carry the obligatory supplement (£8). Taking into account the overall quality of the cooking, the ingredients, the low key but agreable surroundings and the friendly and efficient service the meal was still pretty good value though the main course could have been a little larger. On a return visit I would go for the tasting menu at £100.
