The Old School Tea Room Cafe in Dudley

Perfect in every way. Light and airy, but comfy and cosy at the same time. Wide variety on the menu, and also specials on board. Some healthy options as well as the usuals. Caters well for vegans and vegetarians. Very dog friendly. The cake we had was excellent.

Excellent tearoom, we breakfasted here two days on the trot, couldn’t fault it. Everything was cooked fresh, and the quality was good. Friendly staff highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

We dropped into have lunch after riverside walk in busy Grassington and were delighted with our tasty meal. The superfood salad was generous and flavoursome. Lovely ambiance indoors and outside. Great choice of freshly cooked meals, cakes and beverages.

Visited here for afternoon tea. It had just been open a week or 2. Run on a volunteer basis (I think), in order to raise funds for community building. Brilliant scones with all the trimmings for afternoon tea including a bit of fresh fruit garni. So as well as great quality and service the price was very reasonable. This is well worth a stop or even a detour. Quite a wide range of food for a cafe and will do takeaway if you ask nicely!
