A terrible and tuneless band Jonny 7 were on and we're far too loud. When my wife asked if they could turn down, she was told to `F*** off if she didn't like it...` We couldn't find the manager to complain, so all 6 walked out. We will never be back and I will let everyone I know about this disgusting treatment. I am still fuming

Terrible customer service. Lady in the phone had little grasp of English and her phone manner was appalling. Slammed the phone down when I asked her to repeat what she said as I genuinely didn't hear what she said she spoke so fast.
