Tried for over 40mins to order meals could not get through line busy no way line that busy tried elsewhere got through straight away😱😱😱Jade,s loss

First time take away food was great & ready on time

Took 1hr and 40 minutes to arrive horrible service

Special chow mein & shredded beef in chilli brilliant. Highly recommended.

This is only take away service. If you like a hottish curry you won't be disappointed.

Only ever ordered the special chow mein and it is easily the best I've ever had. More expensive than most Chinese takeaways but you instantly see why when you start tucking in. The meat is plentiful and delicious, especially the small pieces of steak. The consistency is excellent also, it is always the same great food every time.

Bit of a let down. Been ordering for a long time but dissappointed tonight. Forgot the chips from our order and too long to go back. Chicken and mushroom with spicy blackbean sauce was Chicken and mushroom in gravy, not blackbean and more mushroom than chicken

Just had a chicken Maryland from here and it was horrible ,over cooked ,no bacon ,no peas ,wont be back ..

Very expensive... and if your a salt and pepper chips fan... AVOID!! All they do is throw TONNES of table salt and white pepper powder all over it!! The rice was nice though...

I have used the jade for over 18 years the food is excellent and home delivery is always fast and food is hot,staff are very helpful and friendly.

Food is always great. The young girl who works the counter while answering the phone does an amazing job first class service.

I ordered a meal here tonight. Chicken sweatcorn soup tasted burnt and salty same with the chicken black bean. Wouldn't return here again for a meal.

Used to love this place will defo not be ordering from here again ordered food took 45 mins to come when it did get here chips were soggy and all food was cold phoned back straight away and was told to return it to the shop when I explained the food was cold he said that there was no guarantee foods would be hot......place has gone downhill

New chippy opened. I had high hopes for it. The food is freshly made. Which is great. The fish I had I was disappointed with. Yes fresh, but it was tasteless. Only reason I think it was tasteless was because it was a Wednesday and the fresh fish come from Peterhead on Fridays. People are friendly. As I said will try again.

The best Chinese I've had in the last 20 years. Brought me right back to when I was small. I had chow mein and a portion of chips and gravy - the chow mein was awesome and the gravy was almost exactly the way I remember it being when I was young. I honestly think I've finally found my favourite Chinese takeaway! 10/10 will definitely go back!

Really bad customer service , ordered a take away and they got it wrong on the phone they then refused to deliver the rest without charging delivery, ordered from lots of places and never had that problem b4 , not moaning about the fact they got the delivery wrong, Ive never heard of being charged twice for delivery anywhere else for their mistake !!!
