I’m never ordering food here again I had a takeaway but they forgot to put in some of my food so ofc I called and complained but I was nice about it till the man on the phone started saying everything was packed I’m hiding the food I go why would I hide food for him to threaten me

Used to love the Gulshan don’t know wats happened to the food chicken was hard and dry rice smelt off tasted weird and the breads were think and under cooked felt wet

Tasting disgusting came here before it was really good but today wasn’t the day staff laughing and joking, bottler chicken came out like baby sick playing earraping music too not good

Always have chicken tikka masala pilu rice and keema nan always absolutely beautiful every time absolutely bang on. Chicken tikka masala is red creamy packed full of flavour sweet and a has a little kick to it. Chicken is flavoured to and is cooked to perfection. Keema nan is lovely the keema melts in your mouth and rice tastes amazing all goes together Gorgouse. The Gulshan is the best place for an Indian takeaway or sit in.

I eat here regularly with no issues and to say im disgusted is an understatement on this occasion. £42 i spent on my order to have the most wateriest curry ever. We could not eat it. I complained and even sent pictures to be declined a refund of £18 on the 2 tikka masala curries we had. Shocking and very disappointing. It was not eatable and i dont believe anyone else would have ate it the way we had it delivered. Lost a genuine customer!!

I ordered mixed grill and butter chicken which was inedible! The butter chicken did not even have chicken in the sauce it had what looked like soggy chips? I have eaten in this restaurant many of times and never recieved food like this it was all cold and inedible. Extremely disappointed and even more so that I did not recieve a refund after sending photos of what they call a curry? Will never be ordering from them again! 🤢🤢🤢

Food arrived cold and undercooked. Naan bread was doughy and curry was tasteless. Won’t order from here again.

Dinner spoilt my ridiculous demand for £2:50 to take away remainder of dishes purchased. Having spent £59 on a meal for two a few containers is minimal cost. Attitude of the Manager was offensive and demanding. Expensive and I would not recommend this place to anyone now which is a shame since the food was good.

Having passed this place a lot since it opened we gave it a try. The food was perfect, nothing was too much to ask for. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts is due to the lack of atmosphere, we came on a Friday night and expected it to be busy, but there was no one else in the restaurant, there was no music or background music either. We also ordered 2 double gins and lemonade which set us back £16.80p. I understand you can take your own drinks but that seems a little overpriced.

Was a little sceptical about ordering as was 1st time ordering. We aren't big fans of spice, so ordered passanda dishes- absolutely beautiful! Plenty of meat. Not normally a fan of takeaway chips either, but couldn't find a fault in these at all. Only issue we could really find was the chicken nuggets were slightly overdone, but tasted OK. Would definitely order from here again in the future, or even come into the restaurant.

When they say korma has no flavour they must have ordered from here. The blandest watery korma I’ve ever had there was literally no flavour at all. Chips were like they were from a chippy which was odd but had the most flavour of the whole meal. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Food was late and barely warm. Chips weren't cooked curry was bland. Grease of the curries had gone everywhere in the bag and all over the nan bread. I understand your busy as its a Friday night. Was 26 Quid and ended up in the bin. First and last time I'll order from here. Disappointed is an under statement. 😡😡😡

Delivery time was very good, around 30 mins but the food otself was terrible. Both curries were bland and tasteless, the rice was barely edible. Will definitely nit using them again, £35 wasted...

Wonderful food and prompt delivery

Chicken was hard to chew and tasted weird, chips were hard, madras sauce tasted like it had overload of powdered spices not cooked right. Really disappointed. Food normally okay from here.

Not the best from the gulsham. Good side, hot chips. Poor side, main was runny luke warm made with poor quality chicken. Sides of saag aloo was made with chips instead of boiled potatoes and not much spinach. Thanks for the complimentary broken single poppadom and toxic green sauce.

I'll preface this by saying usually I call the restaurant and the food arrives hot and tastes delicious. It's a shame to say that tonight it looked like the driver had thrown my bag against a wall. Everything in the bag was drenched in oil that had leaked from the curry container. Luckily the naan was wrapped in foil so it survived but the chips were fully drenched in grease and had to be thrown away. The temperature of the food was warm at best (except the naan which was hot). On top of this, my poppadom was smashed to smithereens as if someone had deliberately crushed it. If this was a first time experience, I'd never consider returning again. I am very disappointed on this occasion.

Really excellent food and friendly staff though not cheap .. expect £25 per person without drinks. Good Bangladeshi menu with lots of innovative choices. Stay simple, ask advice .. you will be pleased.

Absolutely disgusting service. Delivery turned up 2 hours after order placed, food spilled everywhere, oil leaking through the bag. Delivery driver didn’t care. Order was sent back with him. I have tried to contact the restaurant 150 times via phone but no avail. Full refund expected! Avoid if you can!

I ordered a basic medium curry but got sent a creamy tikka curry. Called the restaurant and was given terrible customer service. Basically told its the way it comes up on their system??? Not helpful at all and no offer to rectify the problem. Have ordered from here for years but won't be anymore.

Do not use this Indian for a takeaway they have taken over 2 hrs for the last 2 deliveries I will never use them again. The last one we had was thinned down as well we thought we would give them a second chance after 10 years of using them but they have gone down hill severely. DO NOT USE

Staff friendly enough, the place itself was clean -though sitting next to a wall of artificial flowers; one sticking in my head didn't bode too well..... still we had a giggle about it. Disappointed that the only sauce that came with the starter was mint served in a gravy boat ( no other choice) the chicken pakora starter were just like 4 tiny chicken nuggets 🤣 and the onion bhaji though decent in size were tasteless. It's too easy to slate things and im not prepared to do that, it was cheap and cheerful, it didnt offend, it cost me £14 so it didnt break the bank. I wouldn't tell ppl to stay away maybe I expected too much.... but it didn't do anything for me or my friend. It didn't wow me enough to go back Sorry 🙂 Bring back the old Kismet and ill buy shares 🤪

Went for the first time tonight and will definitely be going back. Service was excellent and food was delicious. We ordered a variety of courses and they were all cooked to perfection. Restaurant is nicely laid out with space between tables, atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant decor is nice I especially like the floral wall.

Came back to gulshan restaurant after several years absence They used to get your order wrong and they were always a long time delivering We had a takeaway last night and nothings changed The food itself was inedible, it wasnt what was described in the menu it was despatched to the bin, a waste of money Its pointless complaining because all they'll do is send out another the same Very disappointed.
