From the moment we arrived the staff was so lovely and welcoming ! The service here is incredible and the food is soooo good! We went for the tapas as we couldn’t choose as there’s so many amazing options & what we did go for was insane, it really didn’t disappoint!! We will Deffos be back! Thank you to the staff at Encanto!

Wonderful restaurant just down from Sutton Station! Lovely decor and atmosphere and the staff couldn't be nicer! They were super welcoming when we arrived and when they discovered we didn't have a reservation made a real effort to accommodate us--a party of three, which is an awkward number--and were very attentive all evening. The food was DELICIOUS and we wolfed it down (I wish I had taken a photo) and very, very reasonably priced. We will 100% be back!

We had a superb birthday meal there on Saturday evening, food was delicious and service was fantastic and a free slice of chocolate cake with a sparkler in it and everyone sang happy birthday, it was a wonderful evening thank you very much everyone

Came to celebrate my father in laws birthday. The food was amazing and all staff were so friendly !

Encanto Kitchen never fails to deliver. We were greeted warmly by the waiters who recognised us from previous visits (having dubbed us Charlie's Angels). Service was the right level of attentiveness with recommendations for dishes when we were undecided (lots of lovely things to choose). Huge compliments to the chef/s as the flavours never fail to deliver from starters to deserts! There isn't a dish on the menu that fails (in my opinion). Thanks again and see you next time!

Cosy, friendly, good food and great service, the staff always greet us as regulars, the menu, wine list and cocktails are great. Prices are ££ but a great selection and location for a nice meal or for a group meal. also to note: it is worth to book ahead in advance to secure a table as it does get quite busy. Enjoy! 😊

We reached the table the same evening after we heard about the restaurant. Signs that we were clearly missing those burritos for a few years now. We ordered our favourite dishes and ate to our tummy’s delight. The nachos was spot on and the veg burrito, delectable. The chef was kind enough to adapt the wrap with Mushrooms and halloumi for our special diner too which was received very well. Not to mention the service of the lovely staff and the elegant restaurant ambience. Planning our next visit already.

Best service I’ve ever had in my life from Ejder and Rocco. Amazing Place.

The food was lovely. It's a very nice looking restaurant and wasn't too crowded with plenty of time and attention from the waiting staff. There was a lot of dishes I'd like to try in future but I had the Cajun Salmon which was very nice, cooked to the right level of tenderness with lovely spices.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. It took forever for someone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. After we finished eating, the table wasn’t cleared for ages, and we were left waiting when we wanted to order dessert. We eventually gave up and asked for the bill. It was clear they were more focused on a party happening in the restaurant than on providing decent service to other customers. While the food itself was decent, the lack of attention and basic hospitality ruined the experience. We won’t be coming back.

It comes as no surprise again, but an absolutely superb service, food and atmosphere, Staff are a credit to Joe, for others who haven’t visited one of his restaurants yet you will not be disappointed.

It was my first time to Encanto Kitchen for my nephew’s 14th birthday dinner. We had a fantastic time and the service was brilliant. We had a table of 12 and all the food arrived hot and on time. Ejder provided excellent customer service throughout. He was really attentive and friendly and great with the children. This is a great restaurant for a celebration and is family friendly. We are local and will be visiting again soon! Thank you

We were in The Encanto Kitchen to celebrate our son’s 14th birthday, and it was fantastic! The burritos were absolutely incredible—bursting with flavour and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The variety of Spanish, Mexican, and Tex-Mex dishes made it hard to choose, but everything we had was excellent. The team were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was great for a family celebration. Definitely a go-to place for amazing food and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend!

Had lunch here with my mum and husband. The service was warm, friendly and fun and the food amazing- every plate was practically licked clean and my mum said the burritos were the best she had ever eaten. The venue were also very kind and supportive when we had to keep amending booking a few times due to last minute changes our end, despite how stressful this may have been for them near Christmas. Will 100% be back to try the bits we missed soon 🥰

I've been going here since 2022. KK's food is amazing, no question. Courtney is a wonderful host, absolutely. As mentioned the food tastes amazing and the portions are great but the price increase has killed it. A chicken burrito is the better part of £20. Same as a halloumi salad. The food is good but not that good.

We had a wonderful evening. The restaurant is warm and welcoming. The team are excellent with a mix of being warm and friendly with a touch of good banter but mostly super attentive for our needs. The food was great with generous portions. Courtney and the gang are bossing it here. Will be back in the near future.

Beautiful flavours, generous portions. The breaded mushroom tapas was do tasty and the burritos were delicious - next time I will definitely try a more unusual main! Wait staff were very friendly and helpful but in no way intrusive. Would definitely recommend!
