Varied selection of beers 🍻 and other alcoholic beverages. Although set on the High Street in Ironbridge, as you can see, the views are spectacular. Friendly and helpful staff.

On a Monday when so much was closed in Ironbridge The Coracle was open. It was quiet, as was the whole town, however there was an excellent choice of ales.

Really rude staff and customers. Barked at us when we went in well before closing.

Just beer! When I visited, there was a superb range of polished hand pumbed ales, plus many more craft beers. A warm welcome from Steve, plus advice about the brews and the ciders. You can take in your own food and is dog friendly. Such a gem that I don't have back at home.

Hands down the best pub in Ironbridge. Amazing range of beers to drink in and take away. Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere.

Had a great couple of hours in here sampling the wares. If you like real ales or want to try them, Steve, one of the servers, will impart his great knowledge of the beers. Only 4 of us for a while but quickly filled up by the time we left, which isn't hard as it is an old converted shop.

A great micro pub that always has a great broad range of beer. They certainly mix up the offering with normally 4 cask and about 8 keg. Often a couple of DIPA and a complex stout. Kieran and Steve are great but don't ask Kieran about stout as he shudders!

Please read my trip advisor review from yesterday. Awful experience from the young dark curly haired waitress. Miserable very very rude. Management should really consider who they employ. Will not be visiting again when she is working

it's with regret that I feel that i need to leave this review and it's in no way indicative of the usual service and atmosphere in the pub. We are regulars and regulars for a reason, it's usually top draw but today unfortunately fell way short or expectations. Dog friendly establishment?????- Unless one particular barmaid is on! Shocking service for a group of 4 when she asked them to shut their dogs up as they were whining then when challenged she asked them to drink up and leave! They asked if anyone had complained and was told no, but it was making a noise. Apparently it is company policy that dogs are quiet! I said to her that I thought she was out of order, that we are in most weekends and never ever heard anything like that. She just said well, I've told my boss and it is company policy. Another customer in there with dogs also drank up and left and pulled her up about her attitude. Again, she didn't care. Most of the customers would have stopped for another, but majority of the pub left. Lost 5 customers as well as me and my husband who were set to stay for a few more.

Excellent establishment. My new favourite place to enjoy an excellent beer.

Cracking place for a beverage, tried the taster plank and loved the 2 beers so much, they managed to get some into some cans to take home! Awesome!

Great little drink only micropub

One of the best places for craft beer in the UK, never mind the local area. Always has a great selection of different beers and ales covering a range of styles, from IPAs and Pale ales to stouts and sour beers. If you like craft beer, you should visit (and the takeout fridge isn't bad either).

The bar man was very friendly. Beers were nice and cold.

Amazing place to go for a good old fashioned beverage and a chin wag with friends or complete strangers. The selection is excellent and ever changing, so there is always something new to try.

Amazing little pub with great range of beers. We tried a lovely beer and a great cider. Just a shame the staff member wasn't a little more friendly. We had to wait quite some time for her to finish chatting to be served and she appeared to take quite a dislike to dogs.

Impressive selection of beers for such a small venue. Keg and cask board full of the best things you could expect to see anywhere in the UK, plus a fridge full of stuff for different tastes. Wish they played music as it adds atmosphere on a quiet day, also the barman was almost silent. A bit of conversation creates a bit of atmosphere.

Visited The Coracle on Saturday 11 June 2022 for a relaxing drink of real ale . It is now functioning normally and the outside patio area that ran during the Covid crisis is now closed. The Beer is ALWAYS in excellent condition. When you enter the Coracle you enter a small front room containing the bar at the far right with a large clear fronted chilled storage unit alongside containing a fantastic range of bottled and canned beers , layers and ciders. The bar has five real ales and a real cider on tap. Behind the bar there are further keg taps dispensing even more unusual keg beers. There is further space through an arch in a rear room with a small unisex toilet at the rear of that room. I am glad that the people who run the Coracle are in the process of developing a second outlet / micropub in Wellington ( in the North of Telford) . It is in the process of being redeveloped and getting planning permission hopefully sometime in Summer 2022. First visit notes - from 4 years ago . The beers on offer are listed on a series of boards on the wall behind the bar. We had a delicious half of Tiny Rebel Stay Poft , a Chocolate and Marshmallow flavoured Porter. ( Strength 5.2 %) . It was a very 'moreish' drink and I would loved to stay for more. The two people behind the bar were very knowledgeable and willing to support customers with their friendly approachable manner. We are looking forward to further future visits.

Absolute Gem of a place if you like real and craft beers/ ales etc. Great selection and nice setting. Can also buy fish and chips from down the road and take in and have with a pint too 👍

This miceopub in Ironbridge the Corcle is well worth a visit to enjoy high quality traditional real ales at reasonable prices.

This is a great little place!! Some delicious kask and keg brews. I'm glad I made it very high on the priority list of places to visit in Iron Bridge. If you like a great atmosphere and an even better beer, I suggest you do the same! Even bought myself a souvenir to take home. Looking forward to visiting again sometime. Cheers 🍻

What a gem!! Relaxing evening chilling out with some of the best drinks I've tasted in a while.

What a delight to visit this for the first time! Great atmosphere chilled and relaxed. Superb selection of Ales IPA Cider and not forgetting the best Stouts I've tasted outside of a beer festival. It's a must....

Fun atmospheric pub. Tiny but very popular. I'm not sure how many real ales they sell but dozens. You have to like being jammed in as the stools are tightly packed together 4* because their wine isn't great and I don't drink ale but my friend loved them all.

Real ale and ciders. Plus option to bring your own food to eat - conveniently the chippy is 4 doors down!

Been here a few times since moving to Telford and it's a great place to go. Always got good beers on tap & in the fridge. Will be visiting here more over time.
