Hi guy's well done food was pipeing hot on time and absolutely lovely keep up the good work 👏

Usually rate this place and can understand at times can be busy but over 2hr 20mins for the food,Luke warm and missing curry sauce! Bit disappointed. Took an hour before I was called to tell me an item was out of stock then still an hour+ to be delivered!

Food was excellent, always is. Cannot fault it! 2 hours for delivery is not so good. Poor in fact given window was 60 to 75 minutes already

Food was decent, good amount of chips. Maybe a bit greasy. Biggest problem was delivery time. Ordered at 6.35 delivered at 8.20 that’s crazy for a Wednesday night.

Might be better if the servers served instead of expecting you to wait whilst they finished dicking about on their phone. Gave it a couple of minutes and left. Also would be good if it was possible to leave review with 0 *

another great meal everything cooked to perfection by the skilled staff and served with a smile by a very friendly staff member yet another 5* rating if you haven't tried the excellent fare offered here you are missing a great meal experince.

Fish was nice but batter on fritters was brick hard and mushy peas had no taste. Very disappointed as normally this chippy is really good

Such a cold & unwelcoming atmosphere, staff are so unfriendly and are colder than the shop

Usually very good but last night got a fish supper and the moisture from the grease had seeped into the box. Not a happy experience or pleasant meal. Doubt I'll be back.

Part of my order was missing(peas) which was really disappointing but what I received was delicious as usual. It won’t stop me from ordering again.

We popped in for two bags of chips on a cold night. We stood at the ' pay here' sign in the hole in the screen while the girl on the other side avoided acknowledging us long enough that I felt uncomfortable. Eventually, she walked away from us, to the end of the screen, poked her head round and said 'yes, please?'. We moved to where she was, asked for 2 bags of chips and almost fainted at the £8.80 cost. I paid by card, and only then did she say they'd be ready in about 10 minutes. If she had said that before I'd paid, I would have just left it. The chips were hot and tasty when we got them, and I know everything has gone up in price, but I won't be indulging in a spontaneous bag of chips at that price again!

Very good freshly cooked fish & chips. You walk in, make your order & wait. So Atmosphere & Service not rated. Not cheap but food quality.

Although I got my food later than advertised it could be that the care staff were busy and didn’t bring it straight away. That being said food was still piping hot and delicious as usual will be ordering again on Friday.

I've ordered from the bridge on numerous occasions and tonight I'm sad to say these were the worst chips I've ever had, I'm giving a 2 rating for fish cake.

Walked in to a very quiet chippy. Two portions of chips. Took nearly fifteen minutes and somehow they got the order wrong - twice!

i went in last week and the food was severely undercooked and i found a hair in my fish it was disgusting and staff were very rude i would give 0 stars if i could.

Not gonna use any more as they are now very high on the costs for no reason I can see. 8.00 for chicken nugget supper, new chips shop does it for 5.00. Sausage supper 7.10, new shop 5.10, saving me £5.00. Food is great at both shops, that's not the issue here. Was trying to stay loyal but 5.00 difference an order is to much to ignore

Great food and service usually but tonight's order disappointing as not completed in full. Ordered tea for 3 for home delivery but one item not available. No call to advise or offer alternative leaving one family member without tea and more than a little disappointed after waiting more than an hour.

Little greasy but overall decent

Thankfully the food was delivered earlier than expected as there was a 65-80 minute wait. Food was delicious and very hot when it arrived.

I was in chip shop tonight got a portion of chips and a half portion of chips the staff were lovely however the chips were awful although we saw fresh chips go in our chips definitely were not they were hard and unedible I definitely won't be back and it's zero stars from me

king rib was greesy and there was no Salt and Vinegar on chips as asked for in notes

Even though the delivery was slightly late I really enjoyed the food, just cooked, still hot and very tasty, will definitely use again in the future.

1st order from here. The fish was tasty and the red pudding also, the chicken fritters were very disappointing as they were something I could have bought in the freezer section of any supermarket. Pre batter big nuggets. As for the price I could have purchased a box of 4 for the price you are selling one for.

fish was really good... but the batter was very greasy soft & mushey and missing two pickle onions

when i was at this chip shop i got served by a lovley blonde girl with glasses called kelsey she was very careful with my food and was a good chat i would definitely come again!!!!

The fish was absolutely excellent . The chicken was very dry and flakey like sand in my mouth with dried out very crunchy batter. Like its been sat in the hotplate for hours and the mushy peas were brown not green overall apart from the fish I wouldnt order from here again!!!

Chips were hot and fresh but I wasn't keen on the flavour of the King rib. Maybe it's the sauce you use? Just didn't taste right. Everything else was great and your driver was really nice too.
