Love a fish supper, the bridge has always been a favourite of mine for a lot of years

Part of my order was missing(peas) which was really disappointing but what I received was delicious as usual. It won’t stop me from ordering again.

We popped in for two bags of chips on a cold night. We stood at the ' pay here' sign in the hole in the screen while the girl on the other side avoided acknowledging us long enough that I felt uncomfortable. Eventually, she walked away from us, to the end of the screen, poked her head round and said 'yes, please?'. We moved to where she was, asked for 2 bags of chips and almost fainted at the £8.80 cost. I paid by card, and only then did she say they'd be ready in about 10 minutes. If she had said that before I'd paid, I would have just left it. The chips were hot and tasty when we got them, and I know everything has gone up in price, but I won't be indulging in a spontaneous bag of chips at that price again!

Very good freshly cooked fish & chips. You walk in, make your order & wait. So Atmosphere & Service not rated. Not cheap but food quality.

Although I got my food later than advertised it could be that the care staff were busy and didn’t bring it straight away. That being said food was still piping hot and delicious as usual will be ordering again on Friday.

I've ordered from the bridge on numerous occasions and tonight I'm sad to say these were the worst chips I've ever had, I'm giving a 2 rating for fish cake.

Order early as prep and delivery takes 90 mins

food was well cooked, only half the amount of chips from last delivery, curry sauce excellent 👌

Walked in to a very quiet chippy. Two portions of chips. Took nearly fifteen minutes and somehow they got the order wrong - twice!

i went in last week and the food was severely undercooked and i found a hair in my fish it was disgusting and staff were very rude i would give 0 stars if i could.

Not gonna use any more as they are now very high on the costs for no reason I can see. 8.00 for chicken nugget supper, new chips shop does it for 5.00. Sausage supper 7.10, new shop 5.10, saving me £5.00. Food is great at both shops, that's not the issue here. Was trying to stay loyal but 5.00 difference an order is to much to ignore

Great delicious food from The Bridge as always. arrived hot and earlier than expected.

Great food and service usually but tonight's order disappointing as not completed in full. Ordered tea for 3 for home delivery but one item not available. No call to advise or offer alternative leaving one family member without tea and more than a little disappointed after waiting more than an hour.

Little greasy but overall decent

Thankfully the food was delivered earlier than expected as there was a 65-80 minute wait. Food was delicious and very hot when it arrived.

I was in chip shop tonight got a portion of chips and a half portion of chips the staff were lovely however the chips were awful although we saw fresh chips go in our chips definitely were not they were hard and unedible I definitely won't be back and it's zero stars from me

king rib was greesy and there was no Salt and Vinegar on chips as asked for in notes

Even though the delivery was slightly late I really enjoyed the food, just cooked, still hot and very tasty, will definitely use again in the future.

1st order from here. The fish was tasty and the red pudding also, the chicken fritters were very disappointing as they were something I could have bought in the freezer section of any supermarket. Pre batter big nuggets. As for the price I could have purchased a box of 4 for the price you are selling one for.

fish was really good... but the batter was very greasy soft & mushey and missing two pickle onions

when i was at this chip shop i got served by a lovley blonde girl with glasses called kelsey she was very careful with my food and was a good chat i would definitely come again!!!!

The fish was absolutely excellent . The chicken was very dry and flakey like sand in my mouth with dried out very crunchy batter. Like its been sat in the hotplate for hours and the mushy peas were brown not green overall apart from the fish I wouldnt order from here again!!!

Chips were hot and fresh but I wasn't keen on the flavour of the King rib. Maybe it's the sauce you use? Just didn't taste right. Everything else was great and your driver was really nice too.

Absolutely delicious hot and fresh food. Proper mushy peas. Tasty curry sauce and an excellent fish. Loved the wee touch of putting wee salt packets and a sachet of vinegar separately. Genius. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fish..something I have never tasted before..but not stated on the menu Fritters with no potato 35p pickled onions.straight out of a silver skin jar 6 hours later still boaking because of cheap fat/lard Gone downhill..will not be back

Asked for chicken no choice on internet , received a leg , never again .really wanted chicken breast .but chips and onion rings and peas where good

Excellent food and customer service as always! Forgot to drop off my irn bru, but they picked up the phone straight away and sorted it within 5 minutes.

Easy to order, and delivered early.

The portion was one of the stingiest I've seen from a chippy. While other chippies give 2 jumbo sausages, many give 1 so that's not so bad. But coupled with the amount of chips I was hungry a few hours later. Maybe it was just a busy night for them and the chips were running low before the next batch was ready, but I went to sleep with my stomach growling and I am not sure if I will ever emotionally recover. In all seriousness though there were far fewer chips than any other chippy I have had, even from here I have had more in the past so I don't know if it was because they were busy or they have reduced the amount of chips you get with a supper. I will get it again next time I fancy a chippy, but if it is the same low amount of chips it will be the last time getting from here.

Was curious about the fritter. Was a bit disappointed with it because (A) I though it’d be haggis. Turned out to be a Hash Brown and (B) no flavour in the fritter. Also, charging extra for forks, salt, vineger and not reasonable prices for the latter 2? Come on. Sausage and chips were delicious though.

Meal was not very warm on arrival and was cold had to reheat in microwave.

We were staying in the Hampton by Hilton in Dundee and ordered from the bridge tru just eat our food never arrived ( we were sitting in the reception area till 10.30)we contacted just eat who advised us to ring the Bridge which we did twice no answer, we then wrote a review that we never got our food, the reply we got had about as much customer service as you expect from someone with no manners and who prob believes they are of greater importance than their customers, the non delivery of food didn't really bother me mistakes can happen but the lack of customer service was dreadful, I wasn't looking for a refund or anything free of them I wish them well with the 26 pound it means more to them than me 👎👎

Got a fish supper which cost a staggering 9.50, the chips had a lot to be desired not much of them either , and the batter was really soft, fish was breaking up in my hands

Awful. Ordered pizza in batter which turned out to be bread in batter with no cheese. The bridge my usual chippy but wont be back went downhill.
