Lovely Pub with fantastic Nepalese food

Best Indian/nepalese food for miles around. The staff are very customer oriented and very obliging when it comes to meeting different needs regarding the food and variations thereof.

Can’t recommend this place more! The food was more than delicious. The service was quick. Staff were friendly. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend our Sunday evening. I’ve already recommended to our friends and family. We think the chef was outside watering the flowers and he was more than happy to chat with the other customers about the food and answer their questions. We will be back soon, no doubt!

Lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the weather with your food. Food is excellent, I loved everything about the food. Friendly service too, prices are very reasonable no complaints from me.

Food was really good. We ate early so hardly any people in. The welcome was lacking - the girl seemed uninterested but the service was ok afterwards

Really excellent food. Served hot and fresh, tested great. Thoroughly recommended dining experience. Pleasant pub. We were there on a Tuesday at 6pm, and it was really quiet. Almost had the place to ourselves.

Great pub to visit, and the kitchen produces some of the best food I've ever had. Try the spicy rice it's amazing.

We discovered this place recently were coming back from Tewkesbury. If you like curry's that's your place! Well presented, very tasty, good service. Definitely visit again. Not cheap but not stupidly expensive.

Will definitely return. After other local "curry houses" seemed to have gone downhill, our four monthly visit to Pershore to take parents out for dinner needed a nee destination. We're really pleased to have ventured out and tried the Blue Bell - we really enjoyed the food, the service was excellent, and we felt like we got real value for money. Having a full pub bar with a good selection of ales, lagers, ciders and spirits offered so much more than the usual restaurant fayre. Great job Blue Bell, we'll definitely be back on our next visit (and parents will be back even sooner)!

Had my birthday celebrations with four of my friends. The food was exceptional, the service excellent (service with a smile). As for the food, the chicken Ghurka Rifle (medium) was delicious. Price very reasonable. In the words of Arnie " I'll be back" Thank you to all the staff and chefs.

The Blue Bell used to be a traditional pub / restaurant but a few years ago it was converted into still a pub but a Nepalese Restaurant. I’ve eaten there twice this year and both time have been delighted by the quality and quantity of their food. Service is friendly from two young ladies and I’ll highly recommend it.

This pub is as English as Asian. Behind the bar, I found the most smiley staff I've ever met. The food is gorgeous; the best Asian food I've ever had. All of these for a really affordable price; my food and two pints of beer were less than 30 quid. I hardly give 5 stars but this pub really deserves it. Highly recommended.

Nice community Pub with a nice friendly atmosphere beer prices are pretty consistent with most of the rural Pubs around here, maybe a little higher than the town Pubs but that's a small price to pay if you just want a quiet pint or a family meal. The Landlord and staff are really friendly, we've had a few Nepalese takeaway's as well and the portions are very generous.

Found this place by mistake popped in and had a wonderful meal Cornish beer and a good price highly recommend.

The pub is dirty and tired the food was not up to standard the bar staff was killing flies behind the bar while I was eating very of putting would not recommend this place to eat

Lovely group of young waitresses who were very attentive. Our first visit since it changed from a country pub to the Gurkha experience. Good selection of food to choose from, cannot remember exactly what, but well worth a visit, best to book a table as popular and therefore busy.

The food here is incredible. So tasty and something a bit different. Staff are also extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. I would say that the only little thing that let's it down is it could do with a little makeover, but as soon as you see, smell and taste the food, the decor becomes insignificant. Our favourite restaurant at the moment by far.

Called in here unannounced and found it a friendly place. Food was absolutely excellent and although the order was slightly incorrect it was not a problem at all. I had a Nepalese chicken main and rice etc, the food really was excellent. Friendly staff, good beers too. Well recommended

Had been looking forward to visiting after hearing lots of good things. However, was very disappointed with the ambience and the food. The menu and the interior are quite incongruous and it all felt rather odd. Also, the food itself was very bland with nothing on the table to keep the dishes warm. Didn't feel relaxed here and was glad to leave.

Visited for the first time today for lunch with my wife and mothr in law. The staff were very friendly. Service was prompt and the food was outstanding. The flavours of spices used were brilliant and the quality of meat very high. I would 100% recommend their Napolese dishes. Second visit.... just as amazing. Also ordered takeaway to take back to birmingham!

I would recommend the Blue Bell at Ryall to anyone. The hosts are charming and very efficient, the pub is very clean and welcoming and - if you like Gurkha meals - the food is to die for!!! The Blue Bell is also easily accessible with plenty of parking. Try it!

Good beers and generous portions of well cooked and varied food. You need to train for the large fish & chips! Very convenient for me as I live round the corner! This is an old review when under previous ownership. Now it is a Nepalese restaurant, totally different and much better. No giant fish and chips but excellent curry

Lovely choices for vegetarians too. And friendly staff. Fried rice could be eaten as it is coz it was that tasty🤣. We had veg momos, egg fried rice, veg rifle curry not sure of name) and a garlic naan.

Lived in Upton for many years and only just visited theBlue Bell Inn. I can not recommend this pub enough. The food is amazing, service polite, friendly and prompt and the prices reasonable. Lovely atmosphere and the locals are friendly. Give this place a go, makes a great change from your "run of the mill" pub grub. Will definitely be paying a visit again.

Best curry in the Tewkesbury area by miles! Tasty, fresh and different. Well priced and good service.

It was a great pub when Ian was there, good bands on every Friday night. Had some great nights there and made a lot of friends. Ian was a very generous guy, always put on a great spread of food every Halloween and New years Eve. Also he gave you the occasional free pint. It was a very sad day when he left and moved to Dartmouth, an end of an era and great blow for local entertainment.

Great food reasonably priced, great setting,great service ,great venue ...oh if I didn't say the food is fantastic & well presented,will recommend to all who like Nepalese food in great surroundings. Will definitely be back to enjoy the food & service. Well done 👏 love it 😀 👍❤

Proper authentic food, but still a local pub feel
