An absolute gem of a cafe. The ambience and decor felt welcoming and we were greeted by a friendly lady who served us. Full English breakfast was cooked delightfully and very moreish. Very clean seating area with nautical theme. I had taken my 20month old son and being a little tired he became restless , understandingly the lady behind counter provided me with a colouring book and crayons for my little one. Even that added touch I found desirable and very hospitable. I highly recommend if your looking for a scrumptious breakfast served with a smile. Thank you KB, west Midlands

Popped in for breakfast & our 1st time in here. Food was just cooked perfectly. My partner had breakfast & I had sausage on toast. It was made to perfection. This will not he our last time here for sure. Prices are extremely reasonable and it's a very clean place to eat in at.

Recently read a good review of Anchor Cafe and so when passing it by chance last week, decided to check it out. Located on a stretch of road I've passed thousands of times over the years, but nowadays always in the car. This time I was passing on foot and so took opportunity to call in. It was early Saturday morning and I was only customer, to start with. Clearly the small team were very busy in the back prepping, but I was greeted very warmly by one of them. I decided to get a coffee while I took a gander at the extensive menu. The basic/standard coffee I ordered came quickly was very nice. There's lot's of choice on Anchor's menu, not just cooked breakfast; but I was definitely here to try the cooked breakfast! There's godd range of sizes/servings available and I went for the 2nd to largest (the largest being the 'Mega'). Meantime the place started to fill up with regulars and non regulars. All very cosy for a relatively small site. While meals don't come super quickly, I wouldn't say they took too long; and the result was well worth waiting for! Tasty bacon, properly cooked just right; delicious and flavoursome sausages; plus has browns, black pudding, eggs, beans, tomato, toast and a fried slice. It was all perfection. Can't fault it one bit. And great value too. Great food, interesting little location, great friendly service, all good value.

What a great find. The weather today was terrible so I popped in for some breakfast. The owners were just lovely to me and my dog. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I was made to feel welcome and at home, whilst I was there a taxi was called for an older customer so that he didn't have to face the rain a lady was helped across the busy Rd by one of the owners. ( she'd fallen and the cafe owner was out there in a shot). The big breakfast I had was just ace so much so that I didn't eat again that day. Which is exactly what you want. Superb value for money. All in all a lovely little place to visit. Great food and great staff. I couldn't recommend the Anchor Cafe more. Please pop in and support this new venture if you can. 10 out of 10.👍👏👏👏

Looked everywhere in Rhyl for a dog friendly cafe, then stumbled across Zayns. Had a lovely coffee and toasted tea cake and the owner was very friendly. Have a few tables outside too, but we went in.
