This may have had only 2 reviews and be 4 of 4 but it should be your first choice. It is a little walk up the hill to the Abbey but the tearoom is worth it. You can park at the Abbey although there is not a lot of space. We had coffee and cake, both of which were very good. Later I spotted Treacle Scones and said I wished I had seen them but I couldn’t manage now after the cake. The lady took a scone out, put it in a bag and gave it to me to take home. Later that evening I enjoyed the Treacle Scone. Must go back.

While all the other tearooms in Culross seem to have priced themselves out of our market, so glad we climbed the hill up to the Abbey Tearooms. Good old-fashioned quality, prices and hospitality at this lovely place. The location is almost fairy-tale, and as soon as you enter you are met with a wonderful sight of immaculately set tables with cottage-style patterned tablecloths and seats. It was almost like being in someone's sitting room. There is also outdoor seating in the secluded tree-lined garden. I could say more, but I don't want to as everyone is going to want to come here!

What a great wee find. Brilliant Soup, tea and cakes. Really cheap prices and fabulously friendly staff who were great fun and were very entertaining. And the icing on the cake is that all profits go towards the upkeep of the Church. Brilliant, definitely worth the walk up the hill.

We were in for a family celebration on Saturday and it was an all round brilliant experience. The food was really tasty, well presented and generous portions. The staff were friendly, good humoured and efficient too.
