Order never came! Is a SCAM! Don’t order, they don’t let you cancel so you’ll lose money for nothing! A scam

Vintage prawns. Not sure when they died, but it wasn’t in the last decade. Grim, all round. Prawn Pad Thai was full of Chicken - ironically the best thing about it (luckily I’m not vegetarian). Burnt tasting, dry, miserable excuse for a pad Thai. I read a few reviews and couldn’t understand how a pad Thai could taste ‘old’ or ‘stale’ - I still don’t know how, but I do now know it’s very possible.

The delivery time was over an hour with zero communication. The vegetarian dishes all had an animal base. The Pad Thai was the worst I’ve ever had, dry and flavorless and even though I ordered it without meat, I still found chicken in it.

The food and service is awosome delivery getting on time highly 👍 appreciated....

Do not eat shellfish and ordered pad Thai with chicken and it had shrimp in it, also took 30+ mins longer than expected

Been ordering here multiple times. today, they had a mistake with my uber delivery but the restaurant was very helpful when i called them. I thought they will just apologise only but they re deliver the correct item at once. Their delivery staff was also polite. Highly recommended.

Ordered via Uber eats - called Restaurant because wait time increased from ~20 mins to 1.5+ hour, immediately after ordering. They wouldn’t let me cancel. Super aggressive on the phone. Beware…

Please! Do not order from here if you enjoy good food that arrives on time and is cooked with care. The worst place i have ever ordered from I'm embarrassed that I wasted £16.

I’ve ordered from here several times from Uber Eats/Deliveroo. The delivery time is a little unreliable, it can take very long or come very quickly but the food itself is great. It is relatively inexpensive, the portions are large and the food is always delicious. I have always been very happy ordering from here and will continue to order from here.

Just received my order from Via Uber eats I ordered Thia Green Curry but instead I got Green watery soup with very suspect looking meat , also found hair inside the curry/green water , I do not know what I just ate TERRIBLE!!!!!! 🤮🤢

I will give it zero stars if I could. Ordered on Uber eats. Initially said 20min, but then changed to over an hour and it still didn't come. Did not pick up when calling and when looking online, shop said it was closed. Still took our money but no food ever arrived. This place is a SCAM

Awful service, ordered takeout and waited over an hour, still no delivery. No answer when calling (several times) to see what happened.

One of the worst thai food I've ever ordered. Would not recommend to anyone. Food arrived 15 minutes later than estimated time. I ordered "Drunken Noodles" As it stated that it was Egg Noodles with chili and Basil. However it was just normal Noodles and when I called in to confirm if they sent me the correct meal the man responded does your box have a lemon inside it. I responded yes and he then said yes that's the drunken Noodles. Absolute shambles. Egg Noodles is meant to be flat Noodles 🍜 but clearly they have no idea. Salt and pepper squid was soggy and overly salty 🧂. Tom Yum soup was horrendous 😫.

This has become my favourite Friday night takeout. So tasty 😋

We have just put the entire contents of our order in the bin, (7.30pm-15/06/21). I had Thai green curry which didn't resemble a Thai green curry, it was like a greyish greenish soup with and offensive smell (certainly not fragrant) and chicken floating in the curry which resembled a soup. The rice was akin to mashed potatoes, anything but fluffy. My partner had Pad Thai stew which consisted of over cooked noodles and some kind of vegetables, it literally tasted of nothing. We ordered a crispy chilli beef which was to be shared, but overloaded with monosodium glutamate. This is NOTHING like Thai street food, they're chancers serving over priced food they're trying to pass off as Thai. I have never written such a scathing review about any food outlet, and if Google refuse to print such a review, then you should sue them for refusing to inform you how NOT to waste your money. I am incandescent with rage and I do not post this review lightly, and furthermore I am happy not to use an alias to post this review, and as you see, I have to give one star to post, if possible I would give minus 5 stars and that would be kind.

Food is nice. A tad bland and dry for thai food in my humble opinion. Still worth a try though.

Worst customer service ever. We ordered food from deliveroo at 15:40 and it said delivered in 80mins. We waited till estimated arrival was 17:35. No food was delivered and it was showing that food is still being prepared. I contacted deliveroo but they couldn’t reach the restaurant for update. I tried calling them aswell. After dozen of calls they answered and told me there’s been a delay and to wait for ANOTHER 45MNS. food has not arrived after 30mins. I tried calling them at 19:20 and still nothing they ignored my calls even tho the line was working they just decided to not answer. Worst customer experience ever.
