Taco Bell UK in Rotherham

I have ordered food on Uber , have been charged and within 10 minutes received notification that my order is delivered. Well… it was not delivered to me! When spoken to Taco Bell manager, have been told that due to shortage of chicken to complete my order he had to cancel, but haven’t!!! Which now I have to cancel all myself to get my money back ! He also was telling some lies that driver collect order to get paid! Collect what? Food that was no chicken for it??? Really?? Would never order from them again !

So after ordering on Deliveroo and having the waiting time delayed in 5 minute increments, totalling in an hour and 20 minutes! The order was then abruptly cancelled, by the restaurant themselves! What a shambles. Whoever’s in charge of this branch should be ashamed, of how poorly organised the place is.

First time I’ve ordered from this branch click and collect. Sent my daughter to collect she noticed that there was not drink so had to go back in and tell them. When she got home she then noticed that the fries were missing from the burrito meal so that’s the fries and the drink that they missed. Not a good first experience of ordering!!!!!

The food was a disgrace. Infact if they actually sent us some food that would have beennideal. A taco she'll with a few grains of cheese, no chicken anywhere. The quesadilla only had a tiny bit of sauce in it , no meat at all.

Our child kept asking to go to taco bell so gave it a go, (mushroom roundabout Rotherham) it's tucked between Costa and KFC, it's quite small not enough seating so I wouldn't sit in if busy, Wel you would struggle to anyway, food was nice, child had a 3 cheese/cheesy roll wrap he's only 6 and this was his first taco bell, he also has allergies so not alot he could have, but this was perfect size for him any bigger and he wouldn't of finished it, my partner and I had chicken quesadillas, fries with Nacho sauce and sour cream on top, was lovely tho very messy as had no cutlery (thought we would of been given some as we was eating in) no big deal tho, partner also had churros and chocolate dip he said they was hard, not very nice. Would recommend taco bell as it has a good range menu, but go when it's quiet to get a decent seat especially with the social distancing at the moment, or just take out.

just been to the taco bell at fitzwilliam in rotherham and cannot say enough about the place. great staff, great food and a clean place to eat...well done.

Bright clean well set out restaurant. Friendly staff good food. Great selection of soft drinks. Nachos to die for

Came here today only ordered 2 items both were wrong , crispy supreme taco got a soft one instead then returned it to be given an ordinary one , Nachos supreme with no guacamole!! When these were returned they said oh we haven’t got any of that “ surely this is a main ingredients of supreme nachos , I expect better from such a big chain , these items were to take away , it seems as though the staff didn’t care , shame !

Recently enjoyed lunch there with a friend who sang it's praises many times. They do a mean "Volcano Burrito" and spicy chips. Very reasonably priced with all the come or iced tea you can handle. Plus friendly service. Excellente.

Visited on a quiet Friday night. Staff were friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Food was lovely and it's great value. We ordered a dessert to share and the churros were quite hard and didn't seem fresh. To the staff members credit she apologised, made fresh ones and they came within 5 mins. They were lovely. Would have got a 5 but the dessert issue. We will visit again.

Brilliant service, nice and clean place, really nice friendly staff, and the food is amazing too, all made fresh to order, great choice.
