It's a chain, so the food was fine. However, I was refused access to free tap water and told I could only buy water. I explained that providing drinking water was a legal requirement (as they serve alcohol) and I was given a garbled response along the lines of "head office" "covid" some nonsense. Even without the legal requirement, I'd just spent £10 on a meal. What kind of person wouldn't give a cup of water. Bizarre, won't be returning and encourage others not to go.
