Best sisha pleace ive been ever! Ive became a daily smoker there, the manager always look after me and their customer , friendly staff, high skills. Their mojito and waffle are so nice! 5* if i could give more and more than that!

By far the best shisha lounge I have ever been too, iv been coming here on a daily basis for years now and have never been disappointed Shisha are always on point, wide variety of desserts and hot/cold drinks from teas/coffees to mojito and smoothies The staff are always nice and welcoming Got a birthday? Going out with friends? Or just want a place to relax? This is where you need to be!!! Guaranteed you will not find a better place than this anywhere

Having been a regular customer of Suede Shisha lounge. I can only credit them for their great customer service experience. The customer journey from arrival to departure is always exceptional from Sandra who always greets us at the door with a smile, to The rest of the staff who deliver great service and go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

I visited suede for the first time a few years ago and haven't stopped coming since. The atmosphere is amazing and the shisha quality is just perfect. I would definitely recommend to first time shisha smokers and regulars. It's the best for both. You will not be disappointed

I visit Suede as a regular shisha smoker all the time as it is honestly the best shisha I have been to. I’ve tried places all over from Manchester to London, even across Europe but I have to say Suede is the best place I have been to. The staff are so friendly and inviting and shisha’s are perfect every time. You can tell the difference when you come to Suede as they only use original flavours and have the mocktails are delicious. I can’t complain about anything here. They always put customer service first unlike many other places. The environment is perfect for a nice peaceful shisha session or even big events like football matches or boxing. Everything is always on point and I don’t know any other place like it.
