Absolutely shocking the attitude off the workers small woman thinks she owns the place bloons

Edit: now rating 5 stars as they have better times. Closing time of 6pm? Come on, you can do better than that...

Just ordered Philly steaks from Subway today, the food was delivered cold, after eating it, I had abdominal cramps and diarrhea.

Call to subway on the doagh road today and found that the front door was locked so we called into the chip shop next door and asked the girl if it was open she said it was we checked the website and it says it was open from 9am this was now 12:47 and the door was still locked when my husband had seen a girl heading to the door he walked bk over again and was told 10 mins he came bk in 5 mins and there was already a girl and fella getting served when he walked over the girl was talking to a lady at the front door and she was about to close the door when my husband had said that it says on the website that they were open from 9am

Sheit staff a teenage boy working there with a cap on and abit of a beard was slagging some boy off Infront of me

Went in for a footlong with tuna and red onion, got home and there was no tuna in it,,,

Have given doagh road subway 2 stars for food quality. But I do think some further staff training may be required,maybe it would be helpful if the owner of said franchise outlet carried out staff appraisals on a regular basis,using the CCTV system as a goto for said appraisal,I say this because some staff don't seem to know the difference between a 6" Italian herb and cheese from a cardboard box or between 6"and a 12" sandwich, i do understand that staff maybe coming to the end of a long shift and maybe tired and yes we all do actually make mistakes but 2 saturdays in row at roughly the same time I went in to purchase my fave 6"sub ,on the first occasion she started to make up a 12" and on the second couldn't tell the Difference between bread and cardboard. My real concern would be that if staff are making blindingly obvious mistakes like that, how many other mistakes are being made that go unnoticed and could end up being fatal to some unsuspecting customer who bites into a sandwich that may contain something that they are allergic to.

Feeling a bit hungry pop in to your nearest Subway you won't be disappointed plenty of sections for you to choose. We enjoy our Subways and the staff are quick and friendly. What are you waiting for enjoy 😉

The young girl that served me and my daughter this evening was one of the nicest & friendliest members of staff I've ever encountered not just in Subway but in any shop ever. Even my daughter commented how nice she was she was as we left. Regret not checking her name tag. Salad was lovely too.

Food was nice but the staff are so rude it's unacceptable was about to walk out. Barely any bread. And they told me they don't do spinach what about the rest off the subway they obviously do everythiny there ment to. half the food item's listed on the board told me they don't do them any more but why is it up there tho barely any ingredients aswell they need to retrain there staff there just lazy staff no intrest at all

The staff are friendly and evey time I go they seem to remember my order. I will be down there again on Tuesday

Very rude staff. The shop closes at 6pm and I was there at 5.50pm. The girl was obviously not happy that I was there so close to closing time. She was making faces and muttering under her breath to other staff members. You could cut the atmosphere with a knife. I have used this subway for many years since it opened but I will never set foot in it again. I’ll take my custom elsewhere.

Delicious rolls in either 6" or 12", huge selection of fillers at reasonable prices

Sandwiches were amazing and were made quickly, really enjoyable place

Staff were friendly and got the order perfect, the only problem was that the drinks from the dispenser were flat (both Pepsi and club) so I would say they need to change the gas in the dispenser.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service in this place, never felt like walking out of somewhere the way I did tonight. First the boy standing counting money at the til didn't even greet me coming in then once putting the money away walked off and left me standing then a girl came round brushing the floor, seen me looking at her then decided to ask was I being served. She had little patience and may as well hit me with the sub the way she served it to me. Will not be back in this place. Staff need customer service trained not can't wait to get out the door trained!!

This subway is okay it's not as good as some subways but it's definitely not the worst! The only problem is sometimes they don't have much to choose from like breads and meats

Prices have rocketed 3£ meal deals no longer exist... Keep putting sign up saying cash only... Keep scanning my loyalty card but points never appear .. I now go else where for my lunch

2nd time in as many weeks where I've been over charged and when I went back staff not nice about it at all. If only they would take their time when serving customers they wound know what to be changing them. Staff don't seem to care just want you served and out. Def won't be back! Once is a mistake twice is just very careless.
