I went in to purchase some cookies (which I very often do), there were two members of staff there; a lady named IKRA and an unidentified man who was using his phone, sitting on the counter in the kitchen area, wearing NO name badge and did not wash his hands no wear gloves. Unfortunately the man was the one who served me, as the lady (Ikra) was serving someone else. The man serving me came out picking his nose and then had the audacity to scrunch up my bag of cookies and withheld them whilst awaiting my transaction to go through, despite me putting out my hand for them (as you can imagine I wanted these out of his nasty hands asap). He moved his hand away and rudely said “you are not getting them until the transaction goes through”. This was extremely bizarre, condescending and rude and something that I have never experienced in all my life of purchasing something from a shop — let alone a £1.59 pack of cookies! Poor customer service! He was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to give me his name — as he was not wearing his ID badge. Ikra was defending him and was also quite rude and would not tell me his name either. I have been to this branch many times, but will NEVER go back again. The staff are extremely unprofessional. Disgusting.

The customer service here is terrible. They don't seem to know what the portions are.. Rude lady in there. I thought I could have my subway how I wanted... Clearly not..its what they want. Terrible service

The staff in this store are unbelievably rude and unfriendly!! They will not accept their mistakes and would rather throw your order in the bin then apologise. I will never go in this store again. Shame on you Subway for letting this store get away with such rude staff.

Went to the Beckton Retail Park Subway. There was flies in all the food. The door was kept open. I pointed it out and was told nothing they could do.

Ordered a vegetable Patti tray buffet for £22. After receiving and hours worth of waste drive time l was told he cannot refund. That he did not make a mistake of “ leaving the half unfulfilled sub tray empty” as he’s only allowed to fill patty’s in half of the tray in the subs. That’s subways policy! Is this a joke! The sales assistant also took the tray food back and was extremely rude and when asked “didn’t have a so called name”. Manager declining to give refund back due to his sales numbers down. Worst experience ever. Please avoid this branch at all cost. What they didn’t realise is the actual damage caused by their attitude and rude behaviour moving forward. l will be in touch with the head office and will forward the recordings as well as a someone paying them visit from the local food inspectors for Mr Hadis Shah franchise.

Worst poke bowl I have ever had in my life. On my mama it was so bad I started laughing. And it was 11.45pm and hadn’t eaten since lunch. The salmon was terrible and had the skin on. It had hard bits in it, surely that can’t be right. Besides that it was mainly salad that was already brown and looked gone off. There was no flavour or garnishing whatsoever. Just go to tesco and buy some lettuce, put it in a bowl and leave for 4 days. This is that. Imagine eating sand. This was dryer. Needless to say I didn’t finish it. If I could give it minus 5 stars, I would. The only thing these people deserve a prize in is making the worst poke bowl ever.
