Always great food...always on time, always correct order...always happy

Rotisserie chicken was minced, not slices. Not happy about that. Churro was bitter and soggy, threw half away because it was so bad. Would be good if marked sandwich packaging with the name of what it is so can identify without having to open it. Bread was really soggy, not crisp. 4/10

Apparently a BMT doesn't come with Ham anymore. also when you pay for double cheese you expect to have some cheese on your sub, not no cheese at all.

ordered a footlong and got a six inch.

Friendly staff but subway prices have gone up quite a lot. Expensive for what it is now.

Half food missing, and incorrect and hot food came cold

I been there couple of time this week . My sandwich bread was dry n hard . They put chilli sauce I didn't even told them to do in my. Waste of money.

The white chip macadamia cookie was missing. I would like the £1.19 refunded.

Lovely, generously filled sandwich, however, it was missing the double cheese that I ordered. Apart from that it was delicious.

the "hot" food was freezing cold on all items, the sandwiches tasted weird as said by myself and mom.

I have never not received an order before in years of using just eat. Over the past 3 months I have not received two orders from here. Having it marked as delivered 10 minutes after I order and I'm waiting for 90 minutes for something that isn't coming. 0/10 never again ordering from here.

It is 2024 , why is it cash only ? Why there isn't any pepsi max cherry ??? Cmon man.....

The driver called & he was round the back I told him we are situated on Birmingham New Road & he said no I’m not coming there and disconnected the call very rude so no food has been delivered. I’m really disappointed but all your drivers keep going round the back when our address is Birmingham New Road not Buller street!! WV4 6RT

Food was cold but had all the order

Disappointed with the salad, missed off onions and crispy onions which adds a lot to the salad. Was drowned in sauce.

subway stickers on the bag were already peeled back when I received the food staples in the bag and food missing from my order. I've ordered from here a fair few times and do not remember them ever stapling the bag

The Notchos were soggy and not crunchy at all and one of the subs were missing

I usually order my subway from here and never had any problems, but today I made an order and few items are missing, cucumber, crispy onions, double cheese which I paid extra of £1.29, mixed peppercorn

Ordered a couple times now and its been 5/5 each time. We usually order from Coseley but seen as they kept getting orders wrong and sending food with nothing on the bread, we were put off subway. Will definitely be using this branch again.

Very juicy sub.. enjoyed every bit of it. The food came extremely cold though, i ordered toasted so it could be warm, so I dont really know..

I asked for hearty Italian toasted for both meals but they gave just normal bread and it wasn't toasted or warm. So not happy with that as we had to heat up in the microwave ourselves

Driver was multi apping and went to two different addresses that are 1.5-2miles away from my location which is closer to the restaurant and when confronted he lied about everything so I would really like a refund as our food was too cold to be eaten and was a waste of money

Wasn't happy at all it took over 2 hours to come and when it turned up it was stone cold.

Really looking forward to my Subway order but when I received it I was extremely disappointed to say the least. On my sub I wanted melted cheese and specified which salad. What arrived I could have made better at home free of charge. A couple of slices of cheese, a slice of ham and no salad. I also ordered a pizza slice and trying hard not to be grotesque it arrived like a piece of vomit as you can see for the photos. Going to the actual store and getting it delivered are two totally different things. Subway needs to get a grip of this otherwise they will lose a lot of customers.

This is the third time I’ve ordered a BMT toasted sub with cheese but no cheese has been added. I know it’s not much but to happen every time!!!

Only sent half of my order I called the store, the staff was rude on the phone said I must of had it as she said she had made 2. There was only 1 subway in the bag, told me I needed to go to the store to sort it out as she qas on her own but it was OK for me to leave 2 children at home for her. Obviously I didn't go told her to ring her manager to sort it out she said she would and put the phone down. I called back again she still said I had done something with 1 of the subways as she had made 2, I said I wouldn't be ringing if there wasn't a problem with my order. Shocking customer service skills and the way I got spoken to was disgusting. Manager needs to train the staff how to talk to customers instead of blaming them for taking their own food. Won't order from here again or enter the shop. Absolutely shocking!!!!

I’ve ordered 3 wraps toasted. They came and they were in fact not toasted. All 3 of them were cold. When I went on Justeat to ask for a refund, they got back to me the next day saying that they are unable to give a full refund because the food came before the estimated delivery time. This is what they said exactly. “I have looked over the order details and found that it was delivered before the estimated delivery time. This means it's not possible to offer a refund, as it isn't likely that the order could have been reasonably delivered any hotter based on the time it took to arrive.”

My food turned up freezing cold despite me requesting it to be toasted nine of the cheese was melted CERY DISSAPOINTED considering I have paid so much for my meal, will NOT be ordering from you again. APPALLING SERVICE !!!!!!!

I love this Subway because unlike other ones, they always get my order correct so clearly pay attention to detail and care about customer satisfaction and I love that they give me decent salad in my Veggie Delite compared to some other Subways who think one slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato is adequate. No complaints. Very happy with the food and service. Thank you.

Sub was not toasted and we did not receive all our order

Taste was very nice but cheese was missing. Attention to detail lacking as this isn't the first time something has been missing from the order. Would however still order again

I eat here nearly everyday, I love the stuff , Everytime going in there they were cleaning , the food is great , always fresh ! .

The food is good, but the main problem I kept having is they always get the order wrong when I’m ordering online, I don’t know if it’s the staff not paying attention to the order properly or what, but as someone that’s pregnant whenever they’ve got my order wrong I’ve been close to crying because I do enjoy subway but this subway kinda ruins it for me everytime I order online.

The subs are lovely. Just a shame they looked liked they was just chucked together with no care. And fillings was barely any like they used to, cookies fail to disappoint thou white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are a fravourite of mine, my partners sub looked like more meat less cheese and Mayo seems subway gone downhill

they have gave me somebody’s else’s order. the roast chicken sub was perfect. but my chicken Teriaki sub was the wrong chicken, they gave me roast chicken also instead of the actual sub I wanted. waist of money.

All food nice expect for crinkle wedges - soggy & stale.

Food was all stuck to the packaging and squashed in bag. Cheese etc all to the top of the box so ended up being a waste of money for some items. Delivery time and driver was good service.

Food came wrong, asked for just sweetcorn but got lettuce and wrong sauce. Only received 1 bottle of pop instead of 2 Food came all messy couldn’t eat properly.

I called to tell them about the missing items from my order, they were very rude when I asked them to deliver the missing items, they ended the call on me, had to call back, a different staff member answered the phone and lied about putting the missing items in the bag she then gave the phone back to someone else and when I asked if they hung up on me the woman on the phone proudly said yes, they refused to send the missing items from my order, they continued to tell me that I need to drive to the restaurant and collect my missing items, or ask for a refund from just eat, the staff’s behaviour was absolutely appalling and I was not impressed with how they handled their customers.

Been twice and twice no chicken teriyaki

Loved subway for its portion and value for money. Of the x4 subs ordered today both the chicken tikka and Nacho chicken foot longs had barely any meat but an overload of salad. Disappointing as I value subway for their balance between the meat and salad. May make think twice before ordering again

One sub contained tomato which was not requested and the other wasn't cut properly so the filling fell out. Overall not bad.

Both sandwiches drenched in mayo (although ordered honey and mustard on one) making them soggy... TLC was like mush and inedible, Spicy Italian had so much mayo on couldn't taste anything else... Waste of money, both ended up in the bin... Won't be ordering from here again

My food was cold when it arrived

Food was great and delivery was excellent... Ordered a foot long TLC with cheese, olives, sweetcorn, spinach and peppers... Ended up with TLC, cheese and jalapeños which was a bit DISAPPOINTING... No complaints about my foot long spicy Italian which was really tasty... Will definitely be ordering again 😊

Subway salad, chicken teriyaki subs were great shame didn't have any gluten free bunns though.

Driver came on a bike. What a guy working in this heat! But overall amazing service and lovely guy. Highly recommend and wish I could have tipped him over the app as I don't have cash on me ^^
