Subway in Camden

Very bad customer service by jamal.. very rude and arrogant attitude...

Only visited this place once but had a terrible customer service experience. Won't be returning.

Small outlet. Cooling wasn't working. Wasn't clean either.

PLEASE someone needs to close down this kitchen! Second time I ordered food and for second time I received different items and not very well cooked!!! I called to them and of course no one is answering like always! Ridiculous to have people like this to work in restaurants and sell food!!!

I went there to get lunch but walked out as it was so dirty

Cold welcome, staff with no desire. Portion of meat close to 0 only to realize in the end that he got the wrong bread. PS: he didn't want us to eat there

Worst Subway ever. Employees are dirty. Can’t even speak english and they waste a lot of food. I should have gone to the kebab shop next door. I really regret i did get that sandwich.

I wanted to order food that I always eat from subway and while I was requesting jalapeños to be removed, I asked for bbq sauce to be replaced. Had to walk out the shop with no food thanks to adarsh and anmol that weren’t able to replace sauce that is worth less than jalapeños. I will never go back there again.

Staff nice, portions WAY to small. I’ve been to some cheap subways before but this one takes the cake. Treating olives like they are truffles.

Friendly staff & as usual food is always fresh. Only downside is that I noticed that prices have increased over the past few months by over 20%.

Hallo everyone today Friday 23 -Apr-2021 I went to buy dinner from the clerk who served me it was very fast. Gad went home to surprise the Bana casing, the sandwich was very sloppy and not clean I took pictures, I will complain about them I'm not happy at all 😡😡😡😡

Lady was rude, unhelpful. Really bad customer service, didn't even order in the end.

I got food poisoning from the place and the customer service wasn't very good.

Lady serving me was lovely, was having a good experience until a guy delivering stock (not the guy in the photo) barged in and literally pushed me to get passed without saying a word to me, also being in close contact without wearing a mask! Absolutely shocking experience, AVOID!!!

I share the opinion of other consumers. Went to order today. On entering, there was no one in the kitchen so had to call out. A worker came, I selected my bread and before selecting the toppings, he said, "What do you want?". This worker seems to be lacking basic customer sevice skills and lack of language register. I corrected him tactically to show him he used the wrong register. Subway need to seriously consider who they are hiring and how they train their employees in terms of communication. I felt unwelcome in that store, so not going there again. Hygiene could be better too.

The food is clean but the employee is dirty

Terrible customer experience and service. I am a Subway loyalty customer and went to redeem my points and had starved all day waiting for this when I finished work. Just to be told " our scanner doesn't work so you don't get food" but if I was buying its no problem. Don't offer deals you cannot actually give and when you mess up make it right. I was told to just leave and talk to customer complaints. That doesn't feed me now does it? Shocking. Boo to you Subway. I left the shop and bought McDonald's instead because they actually gave me what they offer

Poor customer service! They ignore customers complaints and try to resolve the situation by handing out vouchers and not actually dealing with the issue!

Completely unacceptable customer service. Didn’t produce what we paid for and it was late for a party so we had young children upset. And when we complained after they were unhelpful and rude ignoring my sisters messages. Only offering a voucher as compensation which is not good enough

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered 2 platters paying £44 it was not made on time or the right platters. The owner is refusing a refund and deleted my partners review!!!! If i could give 0 stars i would

The worst customer service! The employees were rude. The food was disgusting, I saw dust on the cheese and meet. The workers don’t wash their hands. If you are a tourist, AVOID this location at all cost!!!

Enjoyed new vegan dish meat free meat balls very very good.

Good little eatery. It's fast food but healthier than McDonald's.

Level of hygiene needs to be improved. Please swap gloves when changing between vegan and meat options. Found level of service to be much poorer then the team further down Camden High Street - whose service seems to be much better!

Found hair and a ‘‘seed’’ in my sandwich. It’s really gone downhill lately I remember when subway had standards

A little shabby but the food was good. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

The food hygiene is deplorable. Cross contamination at its worst. Cheese in with meat, tuna etc. Vegetarian and vegan be very wary

Mainly the staff are the problem, pretty rude, messed up the orders, didn't seem to listen or care at all , the place also didn't seem the cleanest most likely due to the staffs poor attitude towards there work ..... Honestly the worst subway I have ever visited !

Incident on 11 March afternoon in between 12 to 1. Average looking with rectangular glasses Guy at order point was very very rude when I was talking to person on salad section to add some extra lettuce in my salad bowl.(as I have already skipped 4 veggies and I wanted extra lettuce instead) Even though rude guy was not serving me but he interrupted in between, he took a full hand of lettuce and shouted on me "is this enough for you"? After this he was talking in non English language (may be Hindi) with his co-worker Infront of me. It's my humble request to Manager or owner of Subway please take an action against this. Thanks.

Nice location and environment, food is alright...

Clean tidy store... Staff were friendly and quick to serve... I usually find that if i go to a subway later in the day there is little to choose from because can't be bothered topping up as itnis close to closing... Not here, they had all breads available and looked to have most if not all sandwich fillings available...

Good price for alright food but poor service. Staff left our cookies out of bag so we had to go back and get them, also missed items out of sandwiches. Poor experience overall

I have never experienced customer service they do provide. Once they assume that you are tipsy/drunk (about 2-3 am) they are charging you for all the extras you’ve never asked or received for. It happened to me and my friends quiet a few times already. Please watch out as they are trying to make money on your “party mood”. There is a nice kebab restaurant just front of this scandalous place, rather go for that one...

I have never eaten something so bad all my life! I went today in the afternoon and wated to try one of the new wraps (steak one) and it was a disaster! Cold, like proper cold... I felt disgusted! Not mentioning the guy who prepared, such a rude attitude! Never again there!

Really bad, old turkey breast, dry and with a strange flavour, no fanta and coca-cola without any gas. Dirty restaurant. The worst Subway I have ever been to. I complain and the guy just said the turkey is not old.. "the turkey don't stay there for more than 2 days." 2 days?? come on. I did not recommend.

Camden Town subway is the best (y)

Ahah in the other day I went there and thy want to charge for extra souce unfurtly for them I used o worm in one Subway so I knew they were lying and the food doesn't look fresh I will never go there anymore

Surprisingly, this isn't a halal certified branch, even though it's in Camden. Staff aren't as friendly as other branches that I have been to.

Subway is great. It gives me the option of eating fast food and eating healthy at the same time. It is easily accessible, ordering is easy enough. They have loads of different choices that you can chose from. Most of the things they have on the Subway menu is tasty and its good on the budget too.
