Terrible customer service - don’t answer the phone and consistently get order wrong despite being told not to include ingredients

Well that hit the spot!! Ordered the breakfast Huevos Revueltos con Chorizo and Hash brown nachos with chilli, jalapenos and cheese! Deffo get that again 👌

Honestly the best customer service ever I ordered at like 8:49pm and got it at round 10 past 9 and I was thinking it was gonna get cancelled but it never I recommend this place to everyyyyyone trust me they’re such high quality I don’t order from anywhere else!

On a busy Saturday night there was a delay in ordering, with orders through WhatTheFork being temporarily switched off at one point. Taking this as a good sign, suggesting lots of folk trying to get orders in for good food, I patiently waited to place my order and eventually managed this around 7:30pm. I was duly given an order confirmation email and an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes but, having waited until the specified time, no delivery was forthcoming. As it was Saturday night, I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra 15 minutes but, having received an ‘Order completed’ email, I had to phone for an update. Unfortunately the phone number on the confirmation emails was no longer connected, so I had to search online and eventually found a mobile number. When I got through I was told the order had been out for delivery for a while, so should have been there but they would check for me. I was then told it was on its way now and, around 10 minutes later, the food arrived. I’d ordered Peri Peri fries, the Oklahoma burger, Steak loaded fries and salt & pepper loaded fries, but the delivery was missing the salt & pepper chicken loaded fries, so we had to phone and ask for these to be sent out. The food that did come had clearly been in the bag (standard plastic carrier bag) for quite a while, so was full of condensation. Sadly this meant the Peri Peri fries were limp and soggy l, so my son didn’t eat them, and the burger wrapper was also sweaty. Thankfully, aside from the peri peri fries, the quality of the food was absolutely perfect and the burger showed no signs of losing quality or being soggy. Everything was still hot enough to eat and the flavours were delicious. When the salt and pepper loaded fries eventually came, the flavours were on par with everything else, so I have absolutely no complaints. Frankly, because they were late, it was evident they had been freshly made and delivered immediately, so the quality on arrival was significantly better when compared to the rest of the food. And, because of the initial delay and missing fries, I suspect the portion had been doubled as it was absolutely huge compared to the steak loaded fries - which is in no way a complaint. All in, despite the delay and missing item, I’d order again in a heartbeat. And because the burger - one of the more basic (not a complaint) burgers on the menu - was so good, I’m now more confident about ordering one of the many other delicious looking burgers on their menu. For me, up there with Three Little Pigs in terms of quality. And the variety on offer is excellent. Would definitely order from here again.

don't order from just eat. an order wasn't delivered and just eat wouldn't give a refund. the drivers work for just eat and not the restaurants apparently so the restaurants don't help. driver stole my meal.

This is one of the best Mac and cheese's meals- if not the best. The perfect balance of creamy and cheese. The food is fresh, fries are crispy and well seasoned. Absolutely no faults in this meal. Ordered it twice now and perfect both times.

First time eating from here and was very pleased with the food and service , so safe to say I will be back 😀 Excellent service 👏 👍 x

Streats is a new weekly stop! I have been visiting regularly for a few months now and have never had a bad meal. Customer service is always top notch and the mac & cheese is to die for. Out of all of the places I have eaten this ranks top 3 easily.

Charged £4.40 for a cheese baguette that was just dry bread and very little broken sliced yellow cheddar. Very poor!

Can't comment on the food because it never arrived. Placed an order for delivery.....waited hours.....called to enquire where our food was. An angry sounding guy barked at my wife that they were closed and we would recieve a refund. Disorganised and rude. Would have at least expected an apology.

Consistently excellent! Ordered the chilli loaded fries & a brisket burger for delivery near closing time. Received a call to explain they had ran out of chilli fries so offered alternatives. When the delivery arrived, they had sent a complimentary dessert and a side of fries. Fabulous customer service and a delicious meal! Thank you ❤️

Great place! I asked for the Bulgogi Cheesesteak which they weren’t serving at lunch but they made it for me anyway and it was awesome!!

Second time here, and it was amazing. Ordered in the shop as was passing on my bike and the gentleman behind the counter changed the size of the box so that it would fit in my basket. Top class service all round and great food.

Eaten a couple meals from here, Jim is a Great chef and I'm never disappointed with the food. The portions have been all been great sizes. 100% recommend to anyone

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Amazing food , especially the loaded fries. The food is also packaged really well for collection/delivery so it stays hot. Be careful though, you'll put so much amazing food in the order that you'll not manage to eat it all 😁

Fantastic food at very reasonable prices. We've had breakfast and dinner from here and both have been excellent. The owner and chef is very friendly and helped out with a special request too.

I have several dietary requirements and allergies and when I phoned nothing was a problem. And I even got to create my own burger. I wasn't disappointed. And the chips were amazing. Thank you this was the tastiest allergy and dietary free burger!

I thought I'd try something different tonight and this was amazing, The food was lovley and fresh, the bao buns where amazing And the food was still hot by the time I got it home

The food from here is amazing, been back 3 times and the food has been consistently great every time. Can't recommended the place highly enough.

Amazing food, got the trio of chicken sharebox, tasted more like a good restaurant meal than a takeaway, think I have a new favourite.
