Starbucks in Aberdeenshire

Went to drive thru and was greeted with quite a rude and nippy person. I have mental health issues and tried to describe the drink I would like the best I could and the lady seemed very rude and talked to me like I was dumb.

Always really good friendly staff when I go! Quick service thankful that they are on the app now too as makes it easier to order in advance.

Terrible customer service from Martina. Extremely rude and unwelcoming and made to feel very uncomfortable ordering coffee.

Turned up to Starbucks Peterhead at 07:00 to find it closed time they update the Google opening hours .Other customers obviously thought the same as me as a few cars turned up and turned around

Went up at 5.30 this Sunday told the machine was switched off and they couldn't make me a frappiccino and the reverse got banking to do so away to close pointless

Felt very unwelcomed on nye went in at around 3.30pm the place was supposed to close at 9pm even said that on the door. However got told takeaway only even though there were still people sitting in the cafe & drive through closed and the girl serving made it quite clear she didn’t want to be there said to her colleague “don’t let anyone else sit in I want out of here” just down right rude.

service was terrible. was with my 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER and the woman who served us (foreign, never got her name) had a terrible attitude and was swearing in front of my child. Example - “these f*cking people”. absolute disgrace. Also didn’t get the right drink order and the drink was awful.

I have visited this branch SIX times in the last two weeks to purchase one of their specials. I had tried the clotted cream fudge cold brew in the Aberdeen branch & loved it so wanted to treat myself & daughter to one. EVERY ONE of the SIX times we visited, we were told they were out of the fudge flavour. I then asked if we could have the salted caramel cold brew instead, only to be told on SIX different occasions that the ‘cold brew wasn’t ready yet’. These visits were at all different times throughout various days & there seemed to be no rhyme or reason for it being unavailable. This branch appears extremely chaotic, disorganised & lacking in direction and leadership. It’s been the hottest summer we’ve had in years & this coffee shop can’t seem to get it together enough to offer their customers one of the advertised specials, which any good manager would understand there would be decent demand for. It’s bizarre. I don’t believe this branch will survive for much longer which is a shame for the town. Get it together Peterhead Starbucks!

I come here a few times a week for coffee before work. Quality of the drink varies from day to day, I think this must depend on who is making it. Service can also be slow some days, not like any other Starbucks I have visited. One staff member in particular has shocking customer service skills! Makes you feel like an inconvenience as a customer. Expensive but convenient.

Clean and tidy Starbucks. Helpful staff. Remade a drink when it had been made cold with I heated milk. Constantly cleaning. Which is better than any of the other Starbucks we have visited.

As the title says, there just a few grumpys RUDE staff especially this man not naming names but not everyone can suit every job, this just puts it down on my score apart from that decent, just sometimes the drinks need more care putin into them as sometimes there 10/10 then 6/10 especially a few certain drinks as the colour completely.

It is lovely sitting in Starbucks and watching the vehicles going past. There is a lovely atmostphere in the place and you can sit for as long as you want without staff moving you along. The coffee and treats are great. The staff work very hard serving you quickly and keeping the place spotlessly clean. You feel that the staff are happy in their work. They are very helpful and friendly.

Went to collect my daughter’s Go Bag this evening, her baby had fallen asleep, she asked me to collect for her. I’m I go armed with the individual collection code, and screenshots showing payment. Not good enough, apparently I had no proof, except the collection code and proof of payment, that a bag had been ordered. Was accused of having an old code, the manager didn’t bother to check the code. Had she done so she would have seen it was paid for. The payment was shown on another screenshot dated today - 03/05/22. So I didn’t get the paid for food, wonder who took that home? Won’t use again
