Really like this little place. I like the ladies behind the counter who are always friendly and welcoming. I like the cakes, delicious. I like the relaxing atmosphere. It's great.

Walked, greeted nicely, ordered from a straightforward menu. A quick service brought our orders to the table politely. First class food and drink. A pleasure to consume. All as should be. Thank you all staff, a most pleasant lunch venue. We were very impressed all round.

A warm welcome is to be had as soon as you enter the door .Spacious , immaculately clean. Fantastic choice of cakes/ scones...i wanted to try them all , so will be back very soon There is also a gift/craft area in the shop with some unusual and unique things to buy . Always good to support a local charity , which is always close to my heart .

With a good selection of locally baked cakes and fresh sandwiches made as you wait this can't get much better. Real coffee not that bitter stuff you can get. They also have female and male clothing shops within. Good service and relaxed atmosphere, pets welcome.

The Suffolk Coffee Pod was a truly wonderful addition to our Wedding Day. The service was professional and friendly, easy going and very approachable for our guests. We were able to have some food options that catered to Dairy and Gluten free options. Would highly recommend, and the coffee was great too!

Twenty four years ago I had a kitchen designed and installed by them . It has lasted extremely well over all this time. I also had a study fitted and some furniture made which I am equally as pleased with. Just recently I was having a problem getting a washing machine fitted into one of the kitchen units (proably made worse by the current COVID restrictions!) so I phoned Orwell Pine to ask for advice. The showroom staff were very helpful and Matt, one of the owners, came out and fixed the problem at no cost and I now have a fully working washing machine and the kitchen units looking good again. This must be the best aftercare service I have ever had! Thank you to all at Orwell Pine.

31 St. Peters Street IpswichSuch a lovely find. I called ahead and the owners were so friendly and accommodating for me and my guest who is a wheelchair user. The cafe is beautifully decorated with a huge amount to look at. Food and service was 10/10 will definitely visit again. Vegan options available also.
