Spice Root Indian Takeaway in Neath Port Talbot

I used to order from here all the time with no issue, but in the last six months there has been a serious decline of service. I’ve had my pizza made wrong three times and every time they just offer to remake it, meaning that my correct pizza takes twice as long to arrive with no other compensation. So I end up paying full price for a heavily delayed pizza because they refuse to even offer me a refund or voucher or anything as a way of an apology. Absolutely terrible way to treat a repeat customer and I simply won’t be ordering from here ever again.
