I am a fan of Indian food . I feel like the food here are always gorgeous ,clean and good service🥰 I was there for a few time but still always delicious. 😍😃

The food arrived cold ,the chips were re heated and half the amount in the bag also the kebab was cold and hardly any meat in it ! for the price it was disgraceful,I have used this take way company for a long time and don't usually leave bad reviews or like to ,but this time I had enough of paying for under par food !

awful. cold food. said my food was delivered and was nowhere to be seen for nearly 30 mins. rang them and hung up on me multiple times. wasn't worth waiting nearly 90 mins for and was a meal for one, very small order so the whole thing was disastrous

Have to agree with last review poppadoms certainly not fresh I actually watched the chef try heat them up in the clay oven but they were soggy. Quality of the chicken in the masala was poor and fatty. Would not recommend!

We used to love this place but standards have massively slipped in recent years. The workers use the microwave to cook food,the naan is so crunch and dry,never fresh. Last time I got it I was very sick for days after,rang to complain and was offered another meal. No thanks,never again

Nice mixed kebab. Fresh ingredients and had it on chips, which were good quality. Staff are friendly and will be back to try some of the main Indin dishes, too.

Great place, great food and great people. Would highly recommend for the authentic cuisine with a friendly family atmosphere. Staff were very keen to help with navigating the dishes and provide recommendations. Was a great date too btw.

I am buy take away there for a lot of years now. For the first time it was such a disappointment. All dishes I ordered tasted the same. Just tasteless. Not enough meat in them. Felt cheated. Wil not be ordering now

Ordered a mixed kebab from here, hardly 2 to 3 pieces of chicken were at the top. I thought may be I will find more inside. Please don't tell me that this is the way kebab looks. I had bought before, and it wasn't this bad. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes we get this stuff. Never ordering again. Thank you for the service🙏🏻🙏🏻

Worse takeaway I've had for a while. It seems that they can't cope when it gets busy and they just produce rubbish tasteless food. All four meals had to be thrown out

I placed an order over the phone ,was told 20 minutes ,I went in to collect,it was Monday night , only two other orders ,I could see what was like two kebabs sitting on a work top , not under any heat warmers ,I stood and waited for exactly 30 minutes in the shop ,I then asked where my order was to which then was a scurry through orders to be told it wasn't there ,and then someone came from the back and pointed to the bag on the worktop which was sitting there for all the 30 minutes I was there ,they had a good laugh among themselves and then literally thew the bag on the counter ,I wanted a hot fresh kebab to which they all started acting silly in their own language pretending that they did not understand me ,I was on my own and felt totally intimidated ,never ,ever again

delivery took 1.30 hours. And we ordered THAİ GREEN CURRY. (see what's in the picture) I called the restaurant and asked if it was THAI GREEN CURRY. Its not green as an seen, but he said green curry. It was Simple curry chicken that came. Unfortunately, a business that lacks honesty

Waited 40 mins for my food. It was cold when I got it so I brought it back and he MICROWAVED it right in front of me and laughed about it. When I rejected the microwaved food he said "oh do you want a fresh one?". They're short on braincells in that shop. This place is an absolute disaster.

The service was pleasant. However the food is not edible. I ordered veggie pakora snd a meat thali. The pakora was all breading/ flour/ very little vegetable and the tamarind sauce served with it was watered down. The Thali dishes were very watery and tasteless ( butter chicken and goat curry). Unfortunately - I could not eat any of it.The meal was very cheaply prepared. I was really hoping for a good Indian restaurant as Windsor needs it. Sorry to say this is a hard pass. I will not be eating here again. Also- it is a little uncomfortable to order takeout at the same spot where raw meat is being sold to customers.

Got a delivery tonight first time eating out of spice India..first time getting a carry out in a long time.. i am very fussy re food but this food was gorgeous. The chicken was succulent and white.. Would definately recommend. I did have to put in oven for 10minutes to heat up more but I had a glass of wine whilst waiting ... really good food.. will be ordering again plus there was lots of it

they do not respect the client, do not pay attention to orders. waiting for a kebab almost an hour of exaggeration

This restaurant has completely ruined what was to be a great Saturday night. We decided to place an order with this restaurant because their mobile application stated that they delivered to our postcode (BT34 - see screenshot below). We placed the order at 19:20 and then waited 1hour and 50 minutes before calling the restaurant to check up on the order. We were then told that we lived too far away and they would not deliver (despite their app saying they will deliver to our postcode).It's now 9pm, we haven't eaten and we are £15 down - yes we paid for the order via the app. The restaurant told us that they tried to call, however despite having full signal not a single call came through to our phone. Disgraceful customer service.

Told food would be ready for collection at 7 o'clock but not ready til 7.40. Paid for food and left only for another customer to run outside to tell me staff inside were talking about part of my order was missing. When I went back they gave me the missing part of my order but they were not going to tell me. only for the other customer I would have gone home with part order but paid for full order !!

Food was great, the doner kebab was huge for the price very happy

Won't be back. Kitchen didn't look clean. Empty tins and food packages on the floor. Man serving didn't wash hands between handling money and handling food. Food wasn't great. Naan bread was like shoe leather.
