Sous Vide Smokers in Belfast

Superb food.. authentic and such a gem… A definite one to go too- you won’t be disappointed… reasonable in price and slightly different to all the other restaurants around..

This is a great spot in Ballyhackamore that I couldn’t recommend enough. Staff and chef / owner welcoming, friendly and fantastic food. I fear it gets overlooked in Ballyhackamore by other long running restaurants. Well worth a try and BYO. Starter and main for my wife and me both brilliant and very well priced.

Top class BBQ food in East Belfast. Unreal food, excellent service and the owner is an absolute gem. The wings are the best in Belfast by a wide margin. A must visit!!

Had no idea this place existed but what a delight to stumble across it. Everything was so beautifully cooked, tender and tasty. The green peppercorn sauce is especially good. BYO as well which is great. Fantastic service as well. It’s not a huge place so once word gets out it may be hard to get a table but trust me if you do it will be worth it.

Excellent food! Everything myself, my friends and family tasted was delicious, as simple as that! This is a new place and it is so good to take people to it knowing they will really enjoy. Just go!

Just arrived home after late Sunday lunch. We weren't sure what to expect but all 4 of us were pleasantly surprised by the standard of both service and food. The starters were very very good but the main courses were excellent. Zander (Xander) I think he is the owner,was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend the Sunday lunch and hopefully the evening dinner on our next visit. Added bonus is it is BYO.

I really didn't know what to expect from our visit. With so many options in Ballyhackamore Sous Vide Smokers isn't an obvious first choice but it really surpassed my expectations. We went on a Sunday afternoon and picked from the Sunday roast menu. We pretty much tried every option and we were not disappointed. The chef clearly knows his stuff! And everything was prepared and presented perfectly. As good as the wings were the small pot of pickled vegetables were amazing! The short rib was cooked to perfection and the pan gravy was amazing. The staff even had extra gravy boats served to the table without us asking. They clearly know how good it was and knew we'd be asking for extra. Really helpful staff and BYO makes it a great, inexpensive evening. Hopefully we can return in the near future!

Ever had one of those meals you don't want to finish.. Beautiful food and atmosphere. A wee hidden gem

Honestly the most amazing food we’ve had in ages. The owner/chef here is dedicated to his craft, his creations are spectacular. First time here so played it safe with 8oz “Wall Street” burgers which came with cheese, salad, bacon and barbecue sauce, got to see it cooked in the sous vide manner and finished off with a blow torch, pure theatre. This came served with chips unlike any I’d had before, giant wedges, fluffy inside and golden crisp outside. My sincere best wishes to the success of this wonderful new addition to the culinary delights of Ballyhackamore!
