Soul Shakes in Salford

Truly an outstanding hidden gem of a coffee shop in Eccles. Recently opened this year and i have to say the venue itself is just stunning inside. Very earthy and warm, the coffee itself will give the bigger chains a run for their money. So , tasty and flavoursome, the white hot chocolate I had was made with hot frothy oat milk, which I just wouldn't ever buy myself, but I have to say, it tasted just the same as dairy if not better, so creamy and delicious. The coffee beans it turns out are ethically sourced from a Manchester based company and they are ground barista style and put through the most amazing copper coffee machine, truly in keeping with it's surroundings, making a nice change from the hard chrome and steel in other places. Staff are amazing and so friendly, it's like meeting friends. I cannot recommend this place enough, go try it out if you can, you won't be sorry.
