Skinny's Bar and Grill in Waveney

We went here for a family wedding beggining of December. The venue is absolutly amazing something for everyone. The children had an amazing time playing all the machines. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Every little thing we asked for they sorted, all with a smile. So friendly and helpful even if some of us drove them mad. Absolutely top place top staff and skinny couldnt of helped any more. And brilliant with the children of all ages.

Amazing atmosphere & service! Highly recommend this bar, the staff can’t do enough for you. They go above and beyond to make you feel so welcome and will cater all your needs. Skinny is such a friendly lovely guy who has really put his heart into making this bar and restaurant what it has become! Billy and Martha are really lovely too great laugh and will also go above and beyond to do anything they can to help you. Gemma the bar maid is great and her drinks are amazing! I have never been to a camp site/ bar restaurant and felt so comfortable and welcome. The food is fantastic and made to a really high standard!! The atmosphere here is brilliant, my children absolutely love coming here. The camp site is immaculate from the toilets, showers and to your pitch!! Have made so many lovely memories here and will 100% be making more. Great pool for kids lovely and warm, slide is an extra bonus too! Sad the season is coming to an end will definitely be back next year!! Overall AMAZING I would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed. See you next year 🙂

We went into the clubhouse to have a drink at Heathlands Beach Campsite and ordered food at the same time! I had the chicken curry dirty fries and thoroughly enjoyed it and then my husband had the chili dirty fries (he has come back every day since to have a portion) Very tasty, very clean, they have bingo on and we are attending the Halloween party tonight and the clubhouse looks fantastic Well worth popping in if your passing .. thank you .

Often pop in after work for a few beers, staff always welcoming & friendly + prices are very reasonable, not ate here yet but what does come out of the kitchen looks fab so will give it a go soon, give the place a go as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Entertainer here couple times very friendly and all my Friends who came and watched the show enjoyed the hyper active staff and laugh and giggles they had with them was the first time but won’t be our last Can’t wait till next season :)

Had my son and daughters party here, had food and drink included. They had the best time thank you.

We LOVE skinny’s and I can’t recommend it enough. The best family friendly bar in the area. Whether we’re popping down for a quiet game of pool, a game of bingo, one of Andy’s discos, or drinks in the evening with friends, we’re always sure to have a good time. There’s lots of seating inside and out, the staff are super friendly, and they serve great food too. I normally visit with family and friends and skinny’s caters for everyone , everybody is made welcome at skinny’s . If you’re in the area be sure to visit, it’s also directly next to a beautiful beach too , what’s not to love. Skinny you do a grand job, looking forward to visiting for your Halloween party next week :)

Skinny goes well above and beyond to keep everyone smiling putting his heart and sole into his new resturant/bar at heathlands holiday park.. His enthusiasm rubs off on his food which is lovely, very tasty and reasonably priced and he has some new great ideas for the future eg tapas (that really was yummy ) . Great atmosphere and some live bands/discos in season makes this a place to return too. Looking forward to next season !! We will be back for sure !!

We attended a Christening Celebration on Sunday. Our first visit, first of many I'm sure. The staff were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough. We were situated in their lovely laid out conservatory and had a delicious Tapas style buffet whilst listening to wonderful young lady sing. The buffet was presented beautifully and I was very impressed to see staff wearing gloves whilst handling the food. Overall the evenr had been very well thought out with everything being very fitting for a Baptism celebration. Skinny's has a large outdoors seating area with a pool table under cover in addition to the pool table inside. Inside the venue there is an area for the public whilst private functions are running in the conservatory. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The children ( 9 and 10) had a great time and really enjoyed buying a slush from the machine and just across the way is a park which they played on. Skinny's is situated at Heathlands holiday site but is open to the public. It's a hidden gem and we can't wait to return.
