Sergio's in Newry and Mourne

Very fast delivery. Delicious and hot pizza👍

As a loyal customer with previous positive experiences of Sergio’s, I was very disappointed with the service and quality of food this evening. Delivery was an hour late and the pizza had little or no pepperoni on it and the crust was burnt and hard. The pizza was also crushed in the box. Also, a medium chips was missing and the sausages were undercooked. All in all, the food was inedible and this review is 1*. It was really very poor service this time, Sergio’s.

Arrived late cold pizza had clearly been dropped or fallen and the 2 tubs off sauce never arrived !

Delivery was 30 minutes over the allotted time but I expected that on a busy Friday night. The food was beautiful, so it was worth the wait! Thanks once again for 5* food, Sergio’s!

My order was never delivered dispite the tracker advising that it had been delivered. I tried contacting Sergios (the shop that I ordered the pizza from) on several occasions but no one answered my call. Please advise how I can get my money back

Definitely the nicest pizza in town also I have tried all the taco mince chips with cheese and serigos is way by far the nicest ❤️❤️❤️

Just ordered a delivery asked for a 12inch pizza and for a 8inch pizza not even cooked and smelled like Greece not even eatable also asked for a garlic dip came without the dip l. Told me on the phone £15 then said £18 when the delivery man got to my house. Tried to call back atleast 30 times and no answer absolute disgrace will never eat from here again!!!!

The pizza was burnt it was all black underneath and the chips were cool.

A great little place we stumbled on during our trip. The staff was great and the pizza and wings were as good as anything I’ve found in the states. Thanks for the hospitality and conversation fellas!

I don’t understand why there are negative comments. I’ve ordered Sergio’s 7 times in the last 2-3 months and each time the pizza and chips have been 5* quality and piping hot. And the food has been delivered early by a very friendly driver. I have only positive things to say about Sergio’s and will continue to order beautiful pepperoni pizza and chips into the future. Thank you, Sergio’s, for your 5* service again tonight!

Food didn’t even come won’t let me request refund

Food was awful, burgers came with no sauce or any salad on them and both were cold. Pizza was okay but could be a lot better with small changes.

The food was left at the wrong house. When I phoned the driver he told me about a smart doorbell and told me I should have answered the door when it rang (at my home we have no working door bell we have a broken 20 year old door bell and it’s definitely not a smart doorbell) so I had to pick up my food the next day instead as the driver from just eat decided he could not be wrong honestly he was very rude! I picked up the food today (next day) and it was ok.

The best one yet! My family love Sergio’s wood-fire pizzas and hand-cut chips. Simply beautiful. 5* each time, every time. Bravo!

This is the third time I’ve ordered pepperoni pizza and chips from Sergio’s in the last month and each one was better than the last! Beautiful food, fast and friendly delivery, and overall 5*! Bravo Team!

Food arrived stone cold. Rang several times to chase up my order, wife was shouted at by man who answered phone. Horrible customer service and even worse cold food.

Rang to cancel order 5mins after ordering as I got a message to say order was going to be delayed so would have been too late for kids. Man told me it was already on way, 1 HR later food turned up

Cold and burnt food, kebab was old and dry. Pizza burnt and carbon build up all over the screens or oven that even pizza was covered in it

I hate to do this, because service was friendly and the prices were cheap, but the food here was the worst fast food I have ever tasted. There's just no excuse to serve that rubbish to the public. The tiny, rubbery fish covered in thick hard batter, had obviously been battered previously and then been sitting for a long, long time. I believe it was then thrown back in to the oil to heat it up. I'm not sure about the long thread like things inside it, possibly worms? The taco, cheesy chip had oil lying at the bottom of the foil container, a heart attack inducing mess. It was honestly so bad, that the whole lot ended up in the bin. The only other customers in the place were two drunk men and a woman in her dressing gown. That sort of says it all. Sorry Sergio, this is not acceptable.

When delivery driver arrived he asked for £4 delivery money , I explained that I paid for delivery , he became abrupt saying that delivery was for newry only , I told him that I had no cash and I wouldn’t be paying any extra , he took the food back to his car , 10 minutes later he came back with the food ,it was freezing cold so I will be wanting a full refund for my order and wouldn’t be recommending Sergios , very disappointing

i was told on entry i had to remove my shoes or i wouldnt be allowed in. after i refused to remove my guddys fabio aka the man working the threatend to "KNCOK MY BALLIX IN" i ran away with haste. worst restaraunt experience ever

How can people give this a one star? You go here for the atmosphere and the good food. Don't order your food, go there and experience it. If someones not having an argument outside with another patron you've come on the wrong day. Pizzas are bussin, all meat pizza would bring a tear to anyones eye. And the chips are what you need after a long work shift. And if the man himself is on, forget about it.

Worst place about this place is a joke we ordered a pizza it was not good at all it was burnt very uneven cuts and it was just a big no no. The garlic chip took 50 odd minutes to make an when he did he was being very cheeky an put the cheese on with his dirty hands.he’s not that nice of a lad to talk to as he was giving my friend a lot of abuse do not recommend this place at all.

My friends and I got food recently and we will not be back in a rush because I got a garlic cheese chip and the owner handled the cheese with his dirty bare hands I’ll probably get a disease now My friend ordered a pizza and the crust was burnt We were extremely dissapointed It’s also the slowest takeaway I’ve been to This take away need to be shut down

Food used to be great here but it's gone to the dogs since the big pizza maker fella left. Very hit and miss now. You don't know what your going to get to be honest

The slowest service I ever experienced. There was an old man taking orders and he could not speak good English or hr was drunk. I just wanted a burger with onions ketchup and a single Battered sausage. After asking me three more times what I wanted he placed, after 35 minutes a burger on counter. I said did you put ketchup on it and he mumbled to girl cooking and she had to come do that. I said is sausage there? He mumbled again to the girl. I saw him put something in fryer. I said you know I ordered Battered sausage. Ooh I can change that. A other twelve minutes at least and he handed me a bag. When I got to car there was about quarter tea spoon of ketchup and about same quantity of onion and sausages were plain and two of them and no ketchup. So almost 50 minutes I waited. Two men who came after me waited an hour and one young guy who only wanted a can of Fanta waited 15 minutes. The food was actually not bad but service the worst. Never again will I darken their doors.

The order was wrong not the pizza we ordered and no drink in order. We had to wait extra half hour on collection v bad service from sergios.

Order was missing a bottle of Coke which I got refunded for. I ordered chicken goujons and got a bag of chips instead. I asked for a chicken pizza with onions and got mushrooms on too, which people in my house cannot eat.

Great authentic wood fired pizza. Great chips and garlic mayo dip. Reasonably priced. But only if Sergio has some help, when left alone things unravel a bit! But hes a good character.

Extremely rude customer service. We ordered pizza directly from website, we payed. Waited and order didn’t come. So we called asking how long we will be waiting, chefs try to explain situation but a woman who works there take the phone and said “I don’t have time for bullshit” and hang out. This is the way they treat customers! Moneys go from account and no pizza no refund. Definitely not recommended.
