Been coming here for a while now for lunch and it never disappoints. If you have just one thing, one thing, try the home made scotch eggs. Heaven!! A beautiful and light, but crispy coating, with various filling including the latest, salmon and dill. Nice runny egg inside, absolutely perfect. If your in Tring, don’t miss this or any number of other home made delights

Steve’s Red Velvet Gateaux is absolute heaven on a plate. Light red velvet sponge layered with cream , fresh strawberries and a chocolate swirl.

Bought a cheeseboard from Sandwich Plus… The staff are excellent and very friendly and the cheese was great value, delicious and with a wide selection! Would definitely recommend!

Love Sandwich Plus with its friendly staff and ever-changing range of delectable goodies - savoury and sweet. Always a joy to pop in whenever we are in Tring.

The most lovely café in tring with beautiful handmade cakes…I especially recommend trying the Friday special (cheese and jalapeño bread)!!

Steve has supplied us with two buffets in 3 weeks Great service, lovely food would definitely recommend for any occasion Altered the choice on the selection to include a birthday cake

I have been using Sandwich -Plus over a prolong period, both for morning coffee and either a bap or one of their very nice cakes. What I rely on is for my weekly delivery of Bread, Cornish pasty/steak pie , cooked meats,cheese etc. The staff are very helpful and Steve is very keen to talk to one about the wide selection of cheese they stock. Well worth a visit.

This shop and it's offerings never fail to impress, a wide range of confectionery and savoury snacks, bread, cakes etc. The staff are always very quick and attentive and their home delivery service is second to none. I would recommend a visit without hesitation :)

I had a lunch out with my children at Sandwich Plus and wanted to say that I was very happy with the choice of foods available and the service of the staff was very friendly

Well what can I say. What an amazing place to eat. Food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Sandwiches and rolls are all fresh and tastes good. The cakes are all amazing. I tried the cheese and jalapeño soda bread. Best bread I’ve had in a long time. If you haven’t already been then I would highly recommend trying. You will not be disappointed. Thankyou to all the staff for all your hard work producing all this delicious food.

Visited today for lunch, curried butternut squash soup, compliments to Steve. Beautiful kick at the back of my throat excellent on a cold day. Highly recommended

Visited the bakery today to buy some lunch and the manager( Steve)recommended I try a soda bread Cheese and jalapeño to be precise. It was delicious and I'm ashamed to say we ate the whole loaf. The bakery never fails to please me with delicious food every time I go in there and all the staff are so helpful and lovely.

Ordered a lunch for my family expecting the usual big standard sandwiches…but instead received a fantastic selection of rolls, homemade pasties and sausage rolls, sandwiches and homemade pastries! Well beyond what you would normally expect, in quick lead times, perfectly presented, and great value. And in the shop is even more amazing…freshly baked bread, pastries, and cheeses from around the world Great business…highly recommend

Friendly, nice food, reasonable prices. Needs a new cosy logo and windows that reflect the fact that it's delicious food right in the middle of historic Tring. If it looks the part it will make such a difference.

In the current climate it was nice to find a local business who has kept their kitchen open to provide freshly baked pies, pastries etc and who will deliver to your home/business. An added bonus there is no delivery charge. My first order, chicken pie, Cornish pastry, kippers and pate was delivered the next day. The pie has been eaten and will be followed be the Cornish pasty this evening. All excellent and has the added bonus of supporting a small local business.

Taking the dog for a pull, called by and they served me at the door. Wanted something for the a long hike through Tring park.Staggered at the quantity of bacon. Bap was a fresh white one that complemented the bacon. And just a dash of Brown sauce as requested. All servered by a friendly lady that said hello to the dog. Seriously if you are in need of a bacon bap - or a sausage bap, stop by and get one here. Good honest food and proper portions.I know the health police will disapprove - but occasionally you need the comfort and calories for the long hike, Sandwich Plus is the place.

Overpriced and very slow service. One person making sandwiches, serving customers, etc., with no sense of urgency at all while the queue (if it can be described as such, given that there’s so little space people just stand wherever they can fit) kept getting longer. Would definitely benefit from having 2 people there- one to make sandwiches and the other to take orders, payment, etc. However, there is a good range of sandwich fillings, cakes, and hot food to choose from, if you can get there in time before they run out of their limited stock. Some outdoor seating is available. There is also a range of locally produced items such as chutney and marmalade available to buy, and some good ideas for Christmas gifts for food lovers. Not open on weekends.

Sandwich Plus is great if you are looking for something to take away. Everything is homemade as far as I'm aware. Good value and friendly staff

When you advertise outside your shop that you have a weekly special of a Ham and Pickle Crusty Roll for 99p, it drags the customers in. Well, it dragged me in and I was going to have two to take home to my son and me. I queued up behind two gents whose order took a few minutes to supply, and then ordered myself. The lady behind the counter bluntly and rudely told me that she only had one left. Politely asked if she could make another, to which she looked at me as if I had two heads and said, "No, that's it for today". Proudly displayed behind the counter were a large number of crusty rolls on a shelf. There was also Ham on display. This was empty a case of rubbish customer service and almost deceptive methods of getting people in. This place simply doesn't understand customer service, and with the excellent PAMS sandwich bar only a two minute stroll away, why on earth would someone come here? I will never be back and took my money elsewhere on this occasion. I will do what I can to ensure that as many people I know as possible get to know how awful this place is. Absolutely shocking!
