Nice place, good pint, good atmosphere.

On holiday in trecco bay. Fantastic service. Karaoke was fab and the host and staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend! Very accepting with the LGBTQ+ scene too. Will come again. Fabulous evening!

I used to enjoy many a bus journey to Porthcawl with my family and we always ended up in the sandpiper playing pool before we catch a bus home

If you like live music then this place is not bad. Lush pint of Stella and nice polite staff.

Visit here every time we are in Porthcawl. Good old fashioned pub, you can watch telly, live music or have a good old sing song if you want. Lots of regulars drink here, and staff are great.

Arriving after booking our table earlier in the day, we were greeted by Lesley with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. We were showed to our table up by the bar and right by the window, informed that there would be a thirty minute wait for the food. Ordering was easy and the drinks kept us happy until the food arrived. The food was really lovely. Hot well presented and very tasty also a good price as we had a bogof offer. The company was the greatest and we all had a simply wonderful evening. Thanks to the whole team at the Sandpiper for everything, we'll be back

Just come back from Park Piper's restaurant in Porthcawl. I think it's the fifth time me and my hubby have been for Sunday lunch. This is homestyle cooking in clean and friendly surroundings. We both had lamb dinner which was absolutely gorgeous. Can't fault it, reasonable price, good portions and hot food. What more do you want. I would recommend that you book as they are busy.

We use this place when we are on holidays to eat out all the time as the menu through the wk is great and accommodates all and the prices are great to also the place is very clean and friendly place the potions size are excellent and always cooked to your satisfaction the sunday dinners are also delicious everything hot fresh tasty and well worth the money well I can say the best place for food down porthcawl and I have tried a few places but this one still comes out way up on top as its everything you need great food great prices very clean and very friendly staff would highly recommend this place

We had a lovely breakfast at this place very reasonably priced for a tourist area had a lovely menu as well plenty to chose from and affordable prices if you got a family friendly staff and clean

Me fue recomendado por un amigo para probar esto y me alegro mucho de que no, la comida es increíble, hemos intentado muchas cosas en el menú, y no me ha decepcionado, y su tamaño de la porción es generosa. Almuerzo de Domingo es como mam hace, delicioso sin duda recomendable. El personal es amable y nada era demasiado problema.

I believe this place is now called the park pipers restaurant, we both decided to try here, my wife had the lamb shank with minted gravy and vegetables, which was nice, I had the mini mixed grill which was fantastic, also came with a side salad and enough chips for both of us, the owner is a really nice man and very funny, if you want value for money then I would highly recommend eating here, we will certainly eat here again, even the tap water with ice was nice, well done.

Le daría a este lugar un cero si pudiera! ! ! Escuchado buenas críticas, así que reservamos una mesa para cenar en el restaurante Domingo 2:30 pm. Finalmente logramos obtener nuestra mesa en 3:30 pm una hora tarde! ! Entonces el último personas en el restaurante que no habían recibido nuestra comida! No nos ofrecieron ninguna bebida, no una sola disculpa por la demora y la respuesta de la señora nos dio fue "bien ha sido uno de los días realmente "no era lo suficientemente bueno! ! Entonces oí explicar a ellos les vea otra mesa de patatas cocidas, pregunté al dueño que la respuesta fue "no lo sé amor" y no "voy a averiguarlo". Corren de patatas, dirigido fuera de cordero y el servicio al cliente era absolutamente repugnante! ! ! Después de una hora y media de espera, este quedó sin comida y nos fuimos y ni siquiera una disculpa no sólo nos dedicábamos a pie o por la puerta! Nunca jamás volveré allí incluso si estoy abonado! !

Revisited the sandpiper restaurant which is now called the Park pipers for one of their bar snack meals to eat before work, I had a BBQ chicken wrap, it was delicious plenty of chicken and tasted lovely and fresh, really filling and amazing value for money as it was only £2.50, would defiantly recommend, its accommodates everyone I personally don't like much salad and Lisa was very good to me in that she made my wrap to how I like, I was eating alone and still felt welcomed but the friendly staff

Me, my partner and children heard about the park piper restaurant and thought we'd try it out. It did not disappoint, food was so delicious and very good prices, deffinitely would recommend, it accommodates all. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. They cater to your needs, I personally am I picky eater and I felt very satisfied with my meal.

We stayed over the weekend in Porthcawl and visited the Park Pipers Restaurant at the rear of the Sandpipers Pub. It is a new Restaurant, the owners Steve and Lisa make you feel welcome and at home. The food is home made with a great choice and great value. I highly recommend Park Pipers Restsurant either for lunch or evening you will always get a warm reception with great value and great service but most important fantastic food.

I heard about the new restaurant and when I visited it certainly was not a disappointment, food is fab quality and great portions, there's is a lovely welcoming feel and staff are so friendly, the restaurant is modern and very clean, would definitely recommend

So recently me and my friends were looking for a nice new place to eat, when we came across the new Sandpiper Restaurant everything on the menu was surprisingly cheap and there was plenty of variety! All of our meals were of superb standard with excellent portions, staff were very warm and friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean and modern!

Just had lunch in the sandpiper's New restaurant delicious and very reasonably priced ( half chicken, chips, peas ,salad £5-95 ) the restaurant is brand new and very nice and bright and extremely clean, with friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone will definitely use again.

Great shows and staff kept it going and were super friendly , will all de Elvis's n supportors, plus they didn't rip us off like a few other pubs in the area. Well done

Myself and my family recently spent a weekend away in Porthcawl, when asking around for a nice place that does a decent Sunday Lunch we were sent to this place.
