This is a little hidden gem! It's has great atmosphere, there's an outdoor area overlooking the river. It has a large games room!! With pool tables, a shuffle board, air hockey to name but a few, perfect for older kids who are to old for the soft play stage! My kids would have spent all night there playing! The food.. All cooked from fresh, none of your pre made stuff here, so it does take a wee bit longer, which is a fair trade off in my opinion. Generous portion sizes, definitely value for money. If you have any dietary requirements or picky eaters the chef is more than happy to help you. The staff are lovely, great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. Another bonus is parking! You won't have to look far, it has it's own parking to the rear, but also a large car park to the front.

First of all i had booked this a few weeks ago for today at 1pm(lunch with my sisters) they did not have the booking, but took us anyway. We opted for the £5.00 lunch menu, starters were lovely 2 of us had the haggis fritters with peppercorn sauce and one had chicken tempura, then my sisters had the crepes which the said were delicious, i had the mini christmas dinner which was served in a large soup plate, mash, peas and carrots and 3 pieces of turkey stuck on top!!! When the server asked how the meal was i said it was not much of a christmas dinner, what about a bit of stuffing or roasts, the answer i got was it was a mini christmas dinner, fair enough but no cranberry sauce or stuffing and most of all served on a soup plate!!! The service was very slow and the young dark haired girl had to repeat everything, when we went to pay we said we were paying seperate, that confused the heck out of her, so for my £5.00 lunch a can of coke(1.50) and a small glass of blackcurrant and lemonade i paid £10.70 how much was the blackcurrant and lemonade??? Sorry i wont be back, which is a shame as i liked Hogans when Mark had it.

OMG! Amazing! We went for dinner the other night and it was awesome! Everything was cooked to perfection. I had the Mac n cheese and it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. My partner had the peppercorn chicken! We both enjoyed everything about our visit! The meal the service and the entertainment. The DJ was so into what he was doing and just made our night! 100% will be back again!!!

We decided to try the Hi5 lunch menu. 2 cse for a fiver! Excellent value for money. I enjoyed the potato skin starter, and hubby loved the mozzarella sticks. I then opted for the mini roast (extra £1.50), and he had the lasagne. The only issue we had was the server indicated I'd get roast beef, and it was in fact ham. Plus I'd have loved a few bits of fresh carrot along with the green beans. Or maybe a choice of roast pots OR mash... but on the whole, it was decent food, lunchtime portions, at a knockdown price. Our soft drinks were £2.25 each. We really appreciated the food prices due to the recent cost of living crisis, and would recommend this to students/pensioners too. I think they also do a coffee & cake deal, as well as a dinner menu. Definetely recommend 👌
