I requested to go to peri peri food club but they did not allow me to enter. I was very mad and angry so i burst in anyways. Luckily they did not recognise me so i ordered some peri peri. The peri peri was WAY to spicy for me. It was so spicy, in fact, that it turned my hair RED!

What a terrible idea this is. We went in and found a table, my friend looked what to get and I stayed with 2 under-fives, then I went to order, couldn't find the wrap she mentioned, we had to order overpriced pizza at the hot food counter along with taco, gave up and went back to the distant table and my friend managed to order everything, paying cash, except my croque monsieur which was available on the hot drink counter. When the food was ready it wasn't brought to the table we had to go and collect it. It's a good job there were 2 adults or otherwise you'd have to either leave the toddlers alone or take them and all the bags over there. I complained about it at the time. Later on we went back to the icecream counter and they didn't take cash at that one, despite it being in the same space. Kids ended up covered in icecream and the washing station was out of order as were 2 of the toilets. So disappointing

Couldn't pay by the app as there was a problem with it and the staff asked me to pay with my card and said i will have to email the customer service so they can add the reward point. it has been since 9 Jun and twice already with emails to customer care who dont really care and its not the only bad experience which suggest they strive on bad service. expensive and staff at various places are not well trained. another incident tried to buy few bags of chocolate caramel which now i know out of stoke but i visited 11 stores until the manager at piccadilly told me they don't stoke it anymore. But every shop i went in they say you will find it at the next store which the idiots should have known its not any more available and saved me from walking for 3 hours. happened last Friday Jun 21.

Where do i start? Ive been attending Teddington school for quite some time, the food is not edible. from the stale breaded items to the rock hard cookies. ive had it up to here with the quality and prices of the food, originally it was £1 for a pizza slice and every year the price goes up by 10p. now im paying £2.30 for stale chunks of bread filled with out of date carrots.

"Food is happiness" a quote this place doesn't run by, food is sadness seems much more appropriate. Also thought I’d leave a new review as a third year. Staff are nice and the salad box actually decent. Other than salad being nice, hope you love raw medium rare chicken. Food is no longer sadness. It’s like eating the equivalent of getting smacked in the balls by the rock. Or being penetrated by a cactus.
